Anyway, the question; Can I bestow the Infiltrate USR on an Allied unit via Huron?

Also, how does Infiltrate affect vehicles?

Not sure about Battle Brothers, but Allies of Convenience are treated as enemy units, so I'd guess not them. And Chaos' only BB are Chaos Daemons, which obviously don't need infiltrate.

Huron's warlord trait says infantry unit yes?
If an infantry unit has Infiltrate, it will confer this onto it's Dedicated Transport if you deploy them inside it.

d3 infantry units can infiltrate in your army.. Doesn't say friendly.

Do it.. Just not on Demons

My take on it is that you could do it with battlebrothers.

To be clear, are you trying to infiltrate demons?

It absolutely won't work on Daemons, as their own special rules regarding deployment will trump the infiltrate you give them. So it won't work with allies, because the only Battle Brothers Chaos have are Daemons.

I was wondering if I would be able to infiltrate a squad of Plasma veterans, but that obviously wont work. Thanks for all the responses

If you use FW, Renegades and Heretics are Battle Brothers with CSM.

Well it would, nominate D3 infantry units in your army. Are allies a part of your army? Yes, therefore they can be chosen to infiltrate. If you're taking Imperial Guard allies with Plasma Veterans, that squad can be nominated. As said before though, it won't work on Daemons as they have to arrive by deep strike in the first turn or later but not before so no deploying or infiltrating.

Is there a special rule in the Imperial Guard codex that stops you from infiltrating their units? No. Then you can do it.

EDIT: Ignore me, Allies of convenience cannot benefit from the Warlord trait of an allied character. Chrysis has it right, as the only allies of convenience that you have still can't infiltrate.
