Hi I was wondering if anyone had one of these and if they were any good, as I'm looking to get one of the smaller beta bags but was not sure which one of the foam loadouts to go with.
I was thinking about the one with the half size troop trays and the thick pluck foam for tags?

Your last point is especially laughable and comical, because not only the 7th ed Valkyrie shown dumber things (like being able to throw the troopers without parachutes out of its hatches, no harm done) - Irbis |

I recommend this one.
I have the previous version, with the other foam trays, but these are much better.
Thsi bag is perfect for carrying a TAG and the rest of the army for a tournament.

Did the foam trays in the Infinity bag come configured for any arm in particular, or are they somewhat generic "T.A.G.", "Remote", "MI", "HI", etc. slots?

I got the Alpha bag with the three trays that sit vertically when the bag is sitting upright. Two of the trays had rectangular spaces in three or four sizes. In practise, a lot of those sizes turned out to be "not quite big enough for the models I wanted to put in them". The third tray is a "pick and pluck" tray, where you can pull out individual foam pieces to fit the models you want. i currently keep an Avatar, a Caskuda and all three McMurrough models in there.

I really dig that little bag. As someone who just likes to carry around a squad of dudes to work on for painting I feel it would be a great way to transport things. I've just been reluctant to place an order because gorramnit price.
My H&K Guncase continues to be my transport case of choice.
I'm completely filled my project case with Infinity models. Which was one of those Grey GW Army cases. I'm definitely thinking the Alpha bag would be a great Christmas present to myself.
If I get it I'll drop my opinions on it there.
Anybody have any problems with foam falling apart? My GW foam is a few years old and the top layer is just fubar.

Well I all ready have one of the pack 720's and both the bag and the foam are tough and well made, my enquiry was more regarding the better loadout in the infinitybag.
Also battlefoam are having a black friday sale with 25% off everything which makes the smaller infinity bag a very good buy.

I really want the beta bag (the big one), mostly because right now my stuff is transported in a 1520XL. If I'm just going to have a game of Infinity, I don't really want to be hauling that fether around.

Has anyone of you used Feldherr or Messenger bags?
More specifically, I'm trying to to decide which one would be better to carry my 300+ points of Haqqislam - Feldherr Mini looks like a nice choice.
I was offered a bag for 106 Infantry models by some different company at the FLGS but I have a feeling that I'd never use that bag to it's full capacity.

It would be cool to have a bag just for the books and dice and stuff. For minis I prefer my magnets and lunchbox.

I have the big Alpha Bag and my only real complaint is I think Battlefoam's foam is way too stiff.

Maybe it's because I have a very small "warband" in mind, but I find the C4 has been just amazing. Mind you, I don't have a TAG or Remote at the moment, but I can fit most of my future purchases in it plus lots of extras.
