Resin, that's gonna cost a bomb.

And they stretch goals are kinda uninspiring... if the project gets 2 million dollars, everyone only gets an extra 7% worth of product?

Looks great!

So, how much to build a castle with four towers?

Walls are $42 each, towers are $60 for 2, so $288 total for a basic castle.

You can't buy towers unless the pledge total hits $75,000 though, they're not funded until that point, only the walls are.

Bit rich for my taste. If I ever get that kinda money to blow on fancy resin it's going on the tabletop world stuff, which is properly handcrafted and has some character to it.

I know its pre-painted, but black spray + drybrush grey isn't the hardest thing in the world to pull off, and it pretty much looks exactly the same as the GW fortress with the exception of round towers.

Think this is one of those things that we'd be all over if it were hard plastic and unpainted, but as a "boutique" pre-painted resin piece it just looks a little bit generic and overpriced for what it is.

Except that with this product you can make a maze which you cannot do with the GW fortress.

Totally agree. 'Tis the curse of resin, alas :(

Very nice, but I agree that there's some sticker shock, there.

This is really great product and understand why it costs a lot. But that doesn't make me any richer. If I have money, though...
