So, there's this thing running this saturday, every character allowed till 300p.
The thing is friendly, no prices and all that stuff, but there's a couple of guys bringing Bjorn, so I wan't to give them a lesson.
Things I've considered:
VALERIA:
3+ 4++, so a decent save, but no eternal warrior and R3 makes she a bit bad overall. The good things are the S10 AP1 pistol, though one use only, and the hiperjewel prison, but this would not affect vehicles, as Bjorn is. It's a pretty "if i'm lucky i'll win this round" champion.
DRAIGO:
A lot of people bringing him, the 3++ is pretty handy, but he have no real killing power with the AP3 thing.
GRANDMASTER:
2 mastercrafted, staff, psicannon, melta&rad&mines grenades, makes a good champion overall, 2+, 4++ and 2++ in CC. Could be the best choice, but I feel like he doesn't have the killing power that could have the next champion.
LIBRARIAN:
This is the one I think will be the best overall. A 300p. librarian is: 2 mastercrafted weapons, digital weapon, psiammo, staff, mastery 3 and all the codex powers. The powers give him the killing power I could need, and I could swap them for 3 adivination ones.
I've considered every HQ that the GK could bring, but I think this four could have the thing I'm looking for.
Any ideas?

I'd say grandmaster with all the trimmings, remember psychotroke 'nades.
Dunno, maybe a flamer with psiflame to make it what, str 7? 6? still awesome.
Weapons, a sword brings him to 3++ in CC (4++ from Halo, sword gives -1 for a 3++) but still AP3.
The staff, is that AP3 as well? in that case it outclasses the sword no question.
A hammer would give you all the killing power you need.
Can GKs take powers from biomancy? otherwise that could make him very beefy.
Is Bjorn a psyker? cuz then Draigo gets his sword str 10.

Why not take a Brother-Captain instead? BS6 isn't all that much better than BS5 and you're paying an additional 25 points for it, considering that Grand Strategy doesn't work on the Grand Master. Here's what I'd suggest, and it comes out to 300 points exactly. Grey Knight Brother Captain (replaces Hammerhand/Psychic Communion with a Divination Power) Psycannon Melta Bombs Rad Grenades Nemesis Warding Stave Digital Weapons Orbital Strike Relay The Orbital Strike relay should annihilate pretty much any character, and Bjorn is toast when he gets hit by a BS5 lance strike! If Bjorn somehow manages to get into close combat, you first get overwatch with the Psycannon, and you have a 2+ invulnerable save and Melta Bombs. You'll go first and destroy him most likely. Depending on how the board is set up, I'd recommend starting as far away as possible, dropping the Orbital Strike for one or two turns, and then skirting around with the Psycannon if they get too close. In addition, you can troll Psykers like Njal and Draigo with the Psyk-out Bomb.

I'd say the Libby is your best bet. Orrr... change armies, bring the Swarmlord, and profit.
Seriously, not to derail, but I would say Ol' Swarmy would be the best at this kind of mission.

The game is done in a 60x60cm square, so Orbital will only be for 1 turn, but I like the idea of a Brother Captain, the thing is that the only "better" thing that he brings is a 4++ at everything instead of a 5++.

Can't do that. Only Librarian and Inquisitors may replace their powers for BRB ones.

They bring incinerators, cant apply psyflame to them. Psyflame/bolt is just there tp bring normal weapons up to GK levels
