Can someone clarify exactly how this rule works? I'm reading it as unless I roll a 6 on the pen table I can keep doing the rolls. Also, would a model with this rule be able to have a hp restored from 0 to 1 from a warpsmith, since its not technically dead?

You can restore hull points/wounds with the rule.
If the model is wrecked or removed then you can not restore hull points/wounds.

A vehicle reduced to 0 HP (wrecked) is no longer a model... It's terrrain (difficult terrain to be precise), so can't benifit.

You can attempt to regain 1 HP or wound each turn, until the vehicle is destroyed. Once you lose the last hull point you cannot attempt to regain one as the unit has been destroyed before the effect takes place. "rolls are made at the end of each friendly turn"

Which to add a little sickness to it for Nids, means that any bug with both regen and It will Not Die, gets to try at the top and bottom of each it's turns.

Yes, they do stack with each other.

Yea, but remember that "It will not die!" can only restore one lost wound at the end of each friendly turn.

Regen is all lost wonds, IWND is 1, so 1 wound has two chances to come back per turn.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Yeah, but it doesn't matter which wound.
Regen is you roll for every wound you have lost so far, on a 6 it regenerates.
IWND is just roll a D6, on a 5+ you regain a wound.
