I think your giving your units a bit TOO much of a bump. Stealers are killers in CC. Your other troops, not so much. Ive slaughtered the other types you bring to the table in assaults with out much worry.

Possibly. Only done a few battles, but I remember well the combination of putting Adrenal Glands and Toxin Sacs on every unit. It can hurt if your unprepared.

"There is a cancer eating at the Imperium. With each decade it advances deeper, leaving drained, dead worlds in its wake. This horror, this abomination, has thought and purpose that functions on an unimaginable, galactic scale and all we can do is try to stop the swarms of bioengineered monsters it unleashes upon us by instinct. We have given the horror a name to salve our fears; we call it the Tyranid race, but if is aware of us at all it must know us only as Prey."

That does make our gribbles nasty, but against some one that can match or out-horde our bugs, the loss of bodies hurts, especially against on that throw back 60+ attacks. Granted 10 strong Ymgrals or a fat brood of raging Hormigaunts can rip through 30 models in a turn, but that is just no likely to happen.

Oh, as no one has mentioned it, watch out for Ymgral. They are one of the like 3 units in the game right now that get to assault out of reserve/DS, and they can appear out of any piece area terrain.

Agreed. Any unit that can do that is already farther up the ladder of deadly just because.
