Atlantis in Norfolk and Portsmouth are good places also if you want to go to Newport News World's Best is a good one.

Aye, thanks. Have frequented Atlantis since 2005 or so. Looking for new opponents.

Spencer at Hobby town and Tower both have decent/up and coming 40K scene. Also the GW store at Laskin. It's good times. Been to Worlds Best but never played there, you?

If it wasn't so far away, I'd try and cram a game in before I go to U.S Navy basic training.

Sadly, Norfolk is miles away from Carroll County...

Oh, certainly. But, I doubt I'd be stationed in my homestate.

Also, it's roughly the same amount of time to there as it is for me to go to Winston, so I may consider it.

No, GW priced me out of the game a couple of years ago so I have not been playing any GW games, been trying to get into Infinity and I play with a small group, but we are always looking for new players. If you want new GW people you can try Jerseys Comics in York County and Gloucester.

I haven't played 40k there, but I do frequent it and played a game of DnD before some creepy dude barged in on us and started openly gawking at my female friends so hard we had to leave, though.

Other than that one guy, it's a decent place.
