When the DE dex came out 2 years ago, I eagarly awaited the release of it and the models. I built up quit the army but the one thing I felt we still lacked was the inclusion of a jetbike character. Now I have put together a character and now submit for your approval. Any ideas or critiques are welcomed.

When taking Korenna
reavers may be taken
as troop choices.





Lady Korenna grew up in the bowels of Commorragh. She was small for her age and took alot of abuse from everyone around her. From this, she grew a cold heart, even more so then any other of her race. She swore someday she would get revenge. One day she watched the Reavers as they sored through the lower levels and knew she had to try riding one. She snuck into one of the camps one night and killed one of the riders and took their jetbike. She spent the next several months learnig every aspect of riding one of these great machines, trying new tricks and getting the feel of speed, it was the greatest high she had ever known. After becoming one with the machine, she began to get revenge on the ones that teased her, doing low air attacks, slicing them, limbs and all before they knew what hit them. As she grew, she started fighting in the arenas, gaining a reputation for being as cold as death. Her rise to Master came when she was approached to do a job, getting rid of Archon Extremius and his court from power in the upper levels of Commorragh. At this point Korenna was given a new jetbike she named Shriek and a new weapon called the Antagonizer. She had become the most wanted assassin by her peers and the leader of the Reavers when needed in battle. She had finally made it.

Shrieks name came from the unique sound the jetbike makes from the custom blades and shaping of the cowl. The sound is like the shreik of ultimate doom raining down as she approaches her enemy causing even the most steadfast to cower in fear from the ghostly shriek.

The Antagonizer is a unique weapon made in the form of a long blade fitted with an Alien poison, known only to the weapons maker, that has extremely corrosive properties able to dissolve through the toughest armor of any enemy she may face.

Putting Lady Korenna and her band of Reavers at the for front of any battle is sought after by many of the higher ups for they scout forward and weaken enemy defenses and units, allowing the rest of her dark kin to come in and clean up.

I don't think so, I just wrote it tonight. Now you might have seen it at one of the other sites I posted it on.

Looks pretty balanced to me. I'd have "AP2" instead of "ignores armour", but that's a stylistic choice.

PLEASE fix the formatting on those rules so that they read in the right order. It's not a problem, it's just bugging me XD

I keep trying but everytime I hit save it squishes them back together. My original is done on word pad. Any suggestions?

The Shrieking Storm: When taking Korenna, Reaver Jetbikes are no longer Fast Attack choices and are classed as troops instead.

Man I wish their was a codex option for a reaver hq that allows them as troops choices. Guess that was too craftworldy though!

Thanks Bloodhorror for the help. The only alteration I am going to make is have her cost 210 pts and the Antagonizer itll be poison 4+ AP 2. Oh and I love the shrieking storm add.

Not copied, I made her up in my own twisted lil mind. Hadn't even read anyone else post about this idea.

Also, an idea i was toying with was to make Kabalite Warriors and Wyches Elites UNLESS They have a Raider Dedicated Transport?

Thinking about some special rule to make her different. What about her and her unit being able to blade vane 2 units when they turbo instead of 1? Call it tight formation or being able to turn during their turbo up to 45 degrees to be able to hit 2 units that are not in a straight line and call it Dog Fighting.

I made some adjustments so please re-read and tell me what y'all think.

You may have seen another version of a reaver HQ making reavers troops before... as for example I made one a long time ago though it was not a special character.

Sorry gaovinni I never saw that. Just really doesn't make sense we don't have an HQ choice that can take a jetbike. Doesn't really have to make reavers troops but would be nice to give them one.

I agree completely. It would be an interesting army to play also. And the reaver models are awesome too.

I remember reading something very similar in that one big thread about homemade characters. Basically the same except it had more special bike rules and perhaps even more intriguing fluff.

I disagree completely. Always-in-cover troops that move 36" per turn and can make cc attacks outside assault - sounds about as interesting to play as the bubonic plague.

Thats 48" a turn and I quess our 5+ save means nothing out in the open. If I had 3+ save, well that would be ridiculous. And most people who play other armies stay in cover as much if not more. The points cost of a reaver will keep people from fielding that many anyway. Sorry my fluff was so dry too.

Well if you move enough to get your Jink save, it becomes a 3+

HEHE yup. We are still trying to figure out if the cover save and jink stack.
