Hello,

Does the inspiring aura that Cantor gives off within 12 inches giving +1 attack also apply to allied units?

Grey Knights and Codex SM are allies of convenience. It says that allies can't benefit from warlord traits, and also that they are not counted as friendly units for psychic ability purposes. Cantor's aura gives +1 attack to friendly units but is not a psychic ability, and it is also not a warlord ability. Does this mean that I can keep him close to my grey knights allies and give them +1 attack?

Thanks!

Allies of Convenience are treated as enemy models that you can't shoot, target, or assault. Any Aura buffs do not work between them, unfortunately. Nor do any abilities that buff / effect friendly units.

Yep, Treated as enemy for a buff that only works on friendly.
