Now, if only we could have a supplier for this game in the UK after Maelstrom went tits up.

Well the thing with Dark-Age is that they rarely do new things, but when they do it's generally a new faction or sub-faction. Honestly I felt that Dark-Age needed a new alien faction (to much humans lol). And even then, if you knew all the other factions spoken about in the fluff but that aren't released yet (just for the Dragyrii there's the Shadow and Fire caste, the Skarrd just got their Cult of Metamorphosis). Dark-Age is all about factions and how they make the game different from battle to battle. Of course, they could expand their range of suppliers. In Montreal, Quebec, the biggest obstacle to it's coming is the Game Infinity, which is considered the prime skrimish game (it even eclipsed WarmaHordes and Malifaux). Most players just don't want to see another skirmish game come on the scene, at it deeply sadden our little DA community.

Dark Age, huh? Shows you how insulated I am in this hobby. Last time I saw anything Dark Age related, it was a CCG. I take it from the phrase "premium plastic base" the figures are metal?

If I recall, some are metals and others are plastic. The older ones are all metal, and some of the new ones are in plastic (like the Skaard abomination)

Their up on the CMoN website and I'm pretty sure that they ship international.

The core models are actually pretty nice I have a few of them.

Lately they released a lot of clear resin bases and monsters, no idea for which faction. I use them for Rasputina anyway
