This list has served me well thus far and can be hideous if used correctly

Basic Deneghra -5

2x Deathrippers 8

Pistol Wraith 3

BloatThrall 2
(Lord Chunky)

Total----------------8pts

Now for the expansion

Seether 8/9 points (cant remember which)

BaneThralls/Knights(not sure which to choose) minimum unit 5/6

BileThralls min unit
(Lord Chunkys 1st Light Foot)

Reaper

Upgrade the Deathrippers to either Nightwrechs or Ripjaws

Any thoughts Dakka

Seether is 9pts. I'd say upgrade the Deathrippers to Ripjaws but that's just personal preference as I love armour piercing

Is 8 points normal in your area? If not then I'd say get a 15 or 25 point list working rather than an odd number like 8. At this level you don't know if its your list that does well, or the fact that your opponents have never made an 8 pt army in their life, and so just threw random stuff in. Unless that is normal in your area.

Most people play bigger forces but i dont have the money to expand. I am hoping to hit the 15-25 mark this christmas but its just what do i get? My opponents can all build potent 8pt lists and due to my soon to be remedied lack of a heavy i usually end up playing the assassination game.

I am still stuck between BaneThralls or BaneKnights.

I think i will. The Deathrippers are almost useless except against squishies(infantry and light solos) and thinking back Nightwretchs would have been a better choice for my first BoneJacks. As i often play against Trollkin/Khador i think the armour peircing on the Ripjaws will be incredibly useful.

re: the choice between banes. If you're just going for a min unit then go for the Thralls every time. The Knights are a very good unit but to get the best out of vengeance ten people is better than six.
