Looking good. And your job is another example that you actually DONT need an airbrush to paint 15mm WW2 vehicles in German camo.

Looking to trade away 15mm Forged in Battle Pumas (still in the box).

True, I have done all my camos just by drybrushing. IMO drybruching is a lot easier and cheaper way to get a good looking camo than to buy an airbrush and all.

Nice work, I like 8 Rads, you aren't tempted to use them for their gun unlike PUMA's where I have often been tempted to use the good AT value, when they should have been doing their actual job of revealing GTG.

Agreed! Puma's are just too 'powerful' you want to use them to shoot, but I prefer my recon to be doing recon only!

I have lost at least 5 games due to my "eagerness to get Puma's gun to the fore" and not do the Recce job, finally I stopped taking them because If it was there I would use them ...Funny old thing when I got Stuart VI's I didn't have this problem, maybe it's because they are tracked and their AT value is a fair bit lower. These days I use the cheapest Recce unit I can get in the list.

Agreed. I take my 222s these days for recon. Recon also loses its 'gone to ground' while moving rule if it shoots.

Please help me!! If you have any ideas on how to field Flak 88s in LW, I'd love to hear. Their AA capability is very limited I have noticed and their use as an AT asset is very limited, these are thing I have noticed in my 6 or so games that I have been fielding them. Yes most people still in LW go around them with tanks but they can be very easy to be blasted into smitherins.

Even though I painted them for my panzer grenadiers my main use of them as been with my schwerepanzerjager company

They are RT but come with gun pits, the best use I find is long range area denial, the extra +1 to hit helps as they are in cover.

And even if pinned people are wary as they will shred most tanks still

In all honesty everything get's blased in this game. 88's are always top of the hoist to be blasted, with my artillery, use them as a distraction, (Never use them as AA) the enemy will get fixated on them and you can slam their arty or other units with Nebelwerfers.

I find that players get really focused on these, and Tigers and forget how capable PAK40's actually are. The same with Panzer IV's and STuG's are also pretty awesome, but often overlooked for Panthers.
