Is it a daemon?

So a khorne lord on a Juggernaught, does it count as a Daemon?

and if it does, does that mean Grey Knights get prefered enemy against him?

Juggernaut of Khorne is type of Wargear, not a model. So no, it isn't a Daemon nor does it grant Daemon USR to the rider.

Things that are Daemons have the Daemon special rule. Fluff =/= rules.

There are a few units specified in the GK FAQ that are considered daemons but do not have the Daemon USR, I never play against those units so I don't know if they have the USR Daemon but are still considered a Daemon.
