What if the world end as we know it with the arrival of rogue trader ship and the imperium?

"Listen closely Brothers, for my life's breath is all but spent. There shall come a time far from now when our Chapter itself is dying, even as I am now dying, and our foes shall gather to destroy us. Then my children, I shall listen for your call in whatever realm of death holds me, and come I shall, no matter what the laws of life and death forbid. At the end I will be there. For the final battle. For the Wolftime."Leman Russ |

Could you elaborate a bit more? Right now that sentence doesn't make a lot of sense.

He's trying to say what if in real life, a Rogue Trader ship arrived at Earth tomorrow. Would Earth be designated for cleansing?

I'd assume earth would be wiped as a precaution. Or conquered at least, but that's of debatable value.
We are technologically advanced enough to pose a threat in a millenia or two, and currently we dont have enough infastrucure to actually be a very valuable acquisition, compared to a forgeworld. We clearly we are no longer suitable as an agriworld. The imperium does not seem to be particularly hurting for more habitable planets either.
Best case scenario, we are offered to join the imperium if we accept the imperial cult. Once we dont, we are probably getting the ol' exterminatus.

It actually is. A million worlds in the galaxy is a lot on a administrative scale, but on a galactic scale, it's not even 1% of the predicted amount of planets in the gMilky Way, and habitable planets are far less. Any habitable planet that isn't shooting back would be like a breath of fresh air for the Imperium.

Seeing as we have no psykers and on has every manifest warp abilities or be demonically possessed or have ever even found a trace of the warp I'm going to assume we are all soulless. This one fact might make us on of the most valuable assets to the Imperium.

AFAIK the psyker mutation only began in the Age of Strife, so Imperial Terra back in our time wouldn't have psykers either. Apart from Ol' E himself, that is.

Their is very little information on the age of strife. So we can't assume their were no psykers around.

Yes, there's very little information on the Age of Strife, but I recall reading somewhere, perhaps in the rulebook or a HH novel that psykers had appeared then. I may be wrong though.

As a side note, there is a hugely fun "Culture" novel that deals with this scenario. The culture is rather more benevolent than the Imperium though.
My money would be on an offer of joining the Cult Imperialis, made difficult by a lack of common language, then occuptation, conquest and compliance.
The value of a habittable in an M-class world with resources, honest human people (though misguided) would pretty much guarantee occupation.
But that is if it's the Imperium proper. A Rogue Trader might invade and occupy, or perhaps trade in secret, keeping us as his own private trading point.
