I know there has been many posts of these websites, and I have seen a lot of them. But I can't seem to find any of the links to sites that sell good IG scale head swaps. I have cadians but I am not playing a Cadian regiment. Any way to kill two birds with one stone (| have never been a fan of the Cadian helmet) I would like some good websites with parts that I can buy in bulk for not too much. I like the look of German world war two helmets and gas masks but it does not matter too much to me. If I could get a good long list maybe other people will be able to use it too.

Preferably not forge world. The shipping to canada is not exactly amiable and I am playing an army with tonnes of infantry so it would mean paying for lots and lots of heads. Its a good start but preferably something not gw.

chapterhouse sells one that with some modification of the neck bit can be made to fit IG......

THIS WEBSITE IS PERFECT! Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for (http://www.pig-iron-productions.com/hd10-kolony-militia-covered-helmet-head-sprues-p-19.html) but they also had helmets for some DSI (deep space infantry) I was thinking of as well as some heads that would be perfect for converting guard into traitor guard for any heretic interested.

Oooh, and from Westwind (http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=126_149) I can have British soldiers, clad in gasmasks, in the forty first millennium! Boy oh boy, the choices are endless! Basically same price to, 4 pound for 20 heads.

Now Victoria miniatures would not work for me but would be great, again, for any one making traitor guard or any one wanting to do some nice conversions to give those huge blobs of grizled guardsmen some variety. Try also Wargames Factory, their greatcoat troopers sport WW2 Germanlike helmet/gas mask combos, plastic too, and you can get them in multiples on ebay; try the Hoard o Bitz ebay shop

Forge Planet do a similar helmet in their 'Planetary Guard' range as well as an officer variant, sold as a sprue of 10 and 6 respectively

Secret Weapon do various German and British style WW2 helmets with gas masks

Check out Puppetswar too, they have some cool 'toxic Guardsmen' helmets

Of all of the websites these would be the best. Sadly they were very expensive for the quantity (it was about half that price from the websites listed earlier). The other websites you listed also had pretty cool stuff but they to were quite expensive. Forge planet did have some cool looking stuff other than heads and I will be looking there for maybe hyra's and the like.

Yeah the Forge Planet site has some cool stuff on it, specifically the gun carriages which i quite like.

I have bought heads from both Westwind and Pig Iron, i found the Westwind ones were slightly undersized on GW guardsmen but that's just my opinion.

The Pig Iron ones however are cool as feth, i have a load of Kolony militia covered hemets and you just can't beat the value of 20 heads for £4.50! The new 'near future' heads range look pretty sweet too

Oh thats sick! Of course after I did the math I realised that I will need 9 packs of kolony militia and 2 packs of officer. But hey, thats all for the price of a couple squads of guardsmen! And the pig iron ones are the right scale?

BTW any one know if those "Centurians" from forge planet ( ) would fit on a chimera chasis?

Pig iron heads work very well.

yes, thank you. I don't understand why, to date, I still refer to her and her website with gloria lamb. I have no bloody idea, but I know i get it wrong every time.
