This army represents a force that could have fought towards the south of what was once Arnor. Aiding them is a small band of Rohirrim.

The Rangers will be in a tight formation with two non-spear armed warriors in base contact with a spearman. That way, if any gets into combat with an enemy, there will be somebody to back him up.

Aragorn will be a badass and fight along with his Rangers of the North and Dunedain friends (though a couple of Dunedain will hang back with the Arnor rangers to do heroic actions and stuff).

The Riders will act as a hammer.

What do you think of the army?

Aragorn is a tad pricey to use, though at 750pts you could get away with it- if it was smaller (say, 600), I'd say go with someone like Elladan and Elrohir.
As-is, I would ditch the Dunedain in favour of more rangers of the north- 1pt extra for +1 defence is definitely worth it, especially in such a light armoured army.
I would consider ditching at least 8 Rangers of Arnor in favour of Warriors of Arnor- sure, they have crap courage, but that's what your Rangers of the North and Aragorn's for- You'll need a bit of armour to soak up damage, believe me- rangers just get cut through like butter.
My main tactic for this lot would be something along the lines of Warriors of Arnor up front, Rangers with spears in base-to-base behind shooting over their shoulders, and aragorn hiding behind them (he'll be the priority target). The rohan contingent doesn't need much tweaking, just have it as the hammer to the warrior's anvil.
The main worry for the list is numbers- you've spent so many points on Aragorn, you don't have many rank-and-file, and what you have is lightly armoured- it'd be easy for a large evil army to mob them, feeding aragorn a model a time until the rangers are mopped up.

I suffer similar problems with my ranger army- they tend to not get surrounded due to dwarves at my flanks soaking it up, and they cause damage in shooting sure enough, but once they're in combat, they're as good as dead. You'd need to rely heavily on good use of might/heroes and cavalry to win against most evil armies.

I didn't know I could take warriors of Arnor in a Grey Company list? If they're just allies, would it be more prudent to take Warriors of Minas Tirith?

If you are playing the outdated LoME rules, you cannot include Warriors or Arnor in your Grey Company list as they are not valid in LoME, however if you are playing Warbands using LoME as a points match guide, you would then be using the new rules and Warriors or Arnor would be valid units, however your hero to warrior models do not work as you have to have 1 hero for every 12 warriors and Rangers of the North and Dunedain are solo heros in that ruleset.

You could convert your list a little by dropping 2 Rangers of the North and instead making one a Captain of Arnor(still legal in Warbands rules) your list would look like this then. You will need to create some good conversions to represent a later age Warrior of Arnor to fit in a theme with the Rangers, but the warriors all come with spears and shields for free. You also have 1 points remaining to use, and I upgraded your 1 rider to also have throwing spears. Total model count though dropped by 1 model.

Yup, definitely better armour-wise- you need some D6 guys to go with your D4 rangers
I'd still consider running Elladan and Elrohir instead of Aragorn if you ever decide to buy another hero- nearly half the price, two models, double the attacks.
