Dakka Squadron

3x Leman Russ Punishers with HB sponsons and pintle Heavy Stubber
1x Primaris Psyker with Divination default power

Psyker gives the squadron rerolls on hit.

96 rerollable strength 5 hits

If it weren't 700 points I would totally buy a remote control dump truck and load it up with dice.

I mathed wrong. MOAR DAKKA

A couple of things.

1) HB Sponsons give 6 Str 5 shots added to the Punisher gattling cannon's 20 = 26 per Punisher not counting the Heavy Stubber that is at least 78 shots not 72. they can have a hull HB 2 sponson HB's for a total of 29 shots per vehicle all for about 200 points per tank.

2) Primaris Psykers do not get divination. you need to use an allied psyker (BA, SW or whatever) to get prescience.

I used 2 Punishers with just the punnisher cannon and the Hull mounted HB and cast prescience on that unit, it worked really well against almost everything my opponent had. and at 360 points it was not really that bad on points.

96 total, I goofed on the math by only adding the 12 once. Each tank gets 20 turret + 6 sponson + 3 hull + 3 pintle for 32 shots apiece.

A group of 10x rough riders with an eviscerator priest. Throw in mogul while you're in there. 30-32 rerollable S5 power weapon attacks on the charge? Hmm.

Of course, it won't work so well now that rough riders themselves are pretty useless, and their power weapons no longer just ignore armor saves outright.
