Each Herald counts as half an HQ slot (pretty much) so that is doable. I am not sire what the Horrors bring to the unit. Also, it is a Bolt of Tzeetch I think?

This army is just going to fold - too many points in too few units.

At least take a few more units of plasmagun chosen.

If you want a land raider death star here's the changes I'd make:

Abbaddon
Dark Apostle (Mark of Khorne)
7 chosen (Mark of Khorne), 2x single lightning claw, 2x power fist
Land raider + dozer blade + dirge caster

This lets you utterly slaughter anything you charge into (have sergeant / apostle issue challenges) and hopefully be able to consolidate to have Abbadon tank some incoming fire afterwards.

After this you are done for chosen, they are only good in close combat and the only way to reliably get them into combat with a charge is with land raider. I'd go with lots and lots of bog standard marines after that or cultist spam.

Mark of Khorne over Slaanesh? Surely having access to FNP banner rocks over furious charge? plus the strike first I5?

The daemon allies aren't really doing anything you can't do yourself. They just don't serve a purpose in my eyes. There are much better units from the daemon codex that you can take

You can only have 1 HQ from your allies. And i dont really like your troop choice from the allies either.
If you are going to take allies make them worth it, you have to pay a price to take allies in most situations so unless they make up for the disadvantage i was steer clear. Dont disservice yourself by taking the allies they arent always needed for a win.

Unless this is just a fun list to play with friends then go ahead with the list but otherwise i would find a different aliied troop choice or drop them all together. +the second HQ

Hopefully one day i'll have an army!

As a heads up, two daemonic heralds count only as one force org HQ choice

where is abaddon running? in the 9 chosen + land raider? would be better off shaving some allies points and giving him some terminators to charge with. unless you really all those special ranged weapons in close combat for some reason.

mixing your guns/weapon upgrades is pretty bad. you can never really shoot both the melta and flamers at the same target to full effect. or use your flamer/plasma when you want to use your power swords.

overall it just seems like you want every squad in your army to do everything. you end up with a bunch of stuff that is OK at many things and cost a whole lot of points per model.

Abaddon can't join a squad with a different mark, unless you FLGS or opponent lets you. He has three marks that are different than the mark you gave to the chosen. The only way you can do this is if the chosen are unmarked.

Abaddon can lead any chaos unit he pleases. The only people who will complain are rules lawyers, the same people that will tell you you cant take a 5+ invulnerable save on a vehicle.

I like khorne for rerolling charge distance and +1 attack on power fist / lightning claw chosen (when charging/counter attacking ). You don't want to jump your 600+ point death star unit out of your land raider then roll 3 for your assault range.

Putting the Dark Apostle into the unit too increases effectiveness by at least 30% since you get to reroll all those misses on the chosen / abadddon.

Is this meant for a torny because if so I'm sorry but Abbadon just isn't cost effective enough he can be tied down and wasted, I would just pick a sorcerer or bare bones lord with DW so that you have more points to spend on the "meat" of your army...
