I made it all through to the checkout stage, then, server crash, then thought "screw it, that's a sign, I've been spending out of control lately." So I decided to not place the order.

Then I get an email saying my order went through ... *sigh*

The last (in both meanings of the word) order I put in from them, I ordered a ton of stuff - a bunch of metal figures; all marked as being in stock. Shipping wound up being $12 or $14 as I recall because it would be heavy.

A week later I got a box from them with a single paintbrush and a resin Grot tank turret from Kromlech; they cancelled the rest as being out of stock without saying a word to me about it. I paid all that shipping for a 3 ounce box. At the time their automated phone system was completely broken. Eventually I reached someone who said I should eventually get a credit back, I waited almost 2 weeks and then did a chargeback to my card.

Previous threads have had many posters who have had similar experiences with this company selling as in-stock items they don't actually have. Others say they had no issue. I personally would not order with them again as it's a very hit and miss proposition, and I mostly got misses.

I already ordered Mantic ForgeFathers Storm Rage Veteransx2 with Steel Warrior Platoon ($70) and Dream Pod 9 Heavy Gear Black Talon Operational Assistance Team ($60). They already sent a Tracking number AND even upgraded my shipping to priority shipping. It only cost me about $60 with shipping.

Obviously haven't had an answer yet due to sleepy-time in the US but I think I have nutted it out.

OS orders don't provide the discount, but if I put in a fake US address it gets there right away.

Same here. There are just so many items to choose from and they even gave me a shipping upgrade on my second package.

I got one. I can log into my account and see what's been approved or shipped. The orders going Fedex have not shipped yet (they are larger and presumably taking longer to pack). they do have a notification on the website when you check out that orders are taking longer to pack and ship than normal due to the high volume of Christmas sale stuff.

Just finished my second order. Hopefully they won't add anything tomorrow that I "need".

My first order was placed on Sunday via Fedex and it shipped yesterday. Stupidly, I zipped through the checkout and selected Parcel Post today instead of paying $2 extra for Fedex or Priority Mail. I'll probably see that one around MLK day.

I ordered mine on Dec. 25 and got the notification last night.

I ordered late on the 23rd, it was put in mail system on 25th, finally started shipping on 27th (WTH Post Office?), arrived today.

My order was two mini blister packs, was sent first class.

EDIT: Got shipping notice 25th but the tracking code was useless until if finally left the PO it sat in for a few days.

Yeah, one of my orders I placed about 45 minutes after the sale started but hasn't shipped yet (the one I already got was placed an hour after that but was smaller). I called today to get an update and the guy went through line by line and discovered it was still in the warehouse being packed for two days because they were having trouble finding everything (it was a TON of stuff, over $1500 retail, obviously a lot less due to the sale), but should ship out today. You could tell he was frazzled and he said they hadn't expected the volume of orders they got and are having delays getting back to people.

and in case anyone's interested, they still have plenty of stock of the Maxmini Cyclops at 75% off, then use the 50% code and it winds up being like 4 bucks. I ordered a pile of them to use and to give to my friends as late Xmas presents.

Good to hear. Out of curiosity, did they have alot of Black Talons when you ordered? I didn't see any except for the conversion pack for dark gears when I ordered the next day.

Actually, they only had one OAT for the Black Talons and I nabbed it right away.
