With my Eldar sitting at 4500pts now, and will probably be around 7k once I start picking up vehicles/walkers what would be the best way to use up the last 3-4k to hit 10k for a decent sized apoc game? I'm assuming FW, so let the fun begin. Primary force is footdar, will be adding pretty much every vehicle available from GW to finish it out (I only have 1 fire prism, and nothing else). other additions I will be getting is 15 more jet bikes, 2 more vypers, 1 more wraithlord, and prolly around 19 wraithgurad.

The Eldar Revenant Titans and the Phantom Titans look AMAZING and would be great to combat the other super heavies you're bound to face at 10k. I would recommend 2 Revenants and a Phantom. That would be 4.1k points. If you have the money, that would be the best option.
Plus there are plenty of formations you could run. Could you give the complete list of all the models you have/will get? That would help us (me) fill the gaps in your army.

I'm partial to the super-heavy tanks - the Scorpion in particular. But that's due to aesthetics mostly (and by aesthetics, I mean the gun).

Well, after consulting my books and sources, here are the options you could run. (note: I cant give rules or points. But I can say what models are used in them and if you like them they are easy to find.) Apoc Book and Reloaded Aspect Assault Wave: 3+ 10 man Aspect Warriors Squads (with Exarch) with Falcons, 1 Autarch Spirit Host: 1 Warlock Unit, 3+ units of Wraithguard or Wraithlord The Seer Council of Ulthwe: Eldrad, 3+ Farseers, 5+ Warlocks Wind Rider Host: 1 Autarch on jetbike, 5+ units of Farseer on jetbike, Warlock unit on jetbikes, 1+ Guardian jetbike squad, 1+ Viper squad Revenant Titan Imperial Armour Apocalypse Guardian Serpent Rider Host: 3+ Guardian squads in Wave Serpents Phantom Titan EDIT: The scorpions look good. I just personally like the titans cause they have sick rules and look amazing.

Phantom Titan

the aspect assault wave and spirit host would probably do good for me, as I do enjoy my foot sloggers, but looking through things a bit more and hearing what next year's game is going to be like, I'll probaly have to go with the titans and super heavies.
So far I have word of 4 stompas, 1 gargant, and several imperial super heavies and at leats 2 titans, so it looks like the big stuff is the name of the game. It's just gonna increase my cost by a lot.
At least I will have allies on my side, so far we're looking at 6 people at 10k each.

Scorpion's gun ignores void shields, and knocks wounds/SP down fast. And it's a massive blast.
