Like the title says: what is your theory about the missing Primarchs? Where could they possible be now?

Jaghatai Khan - Possibly lost in the Webway or he is held captive by Dark Eldar.

Leman Russ - Possibly with the 13'th company in the Eye of Terror.

Vulkan - Possibly escaped from Istvaan and went into hiding, or maybe he is lost in the Warp.

Corvus Corax - Possibly in the Eye of Terror or on some random world trying to restart Astartes program.

On Rogal Dorn:"However it has recently been revealed that Dorn and his veteran Space Marines stormed the Chaos ship and were cut down to a man. Later, the Imperial Fists would pick up an escape pod from one of their own ships, which contained the effects of the Primarch when he went onboard the ship and a single skeletal fist of the Primarch. Where the true Rogal Dorn or his body is and what his fate may have been, no one yet knows." So he too may be lost in the Warp or something.

Also
Spoiler:
there is a great possibility that anyone of them is in Trayzn's hands

Do we really need another such discussion?

I know the Khan went into the Webway to fight DE, and I'm sure I read somewhere that in their gladiatorial pits, there's a huge warrior, so that's probably a hint as to where he is.

Russ is assumed to be trouncing around the EoT with his dogs, er, the 13th company/ werewolves 'R' us. But I'm sure his armour was found in a temple in/ around the Eye.

Vulkan is supposed to be hiding out until his sons find all of his artefacts, I've heard rumours that he's the one Trazyn has, or that he's actually keeping the last artefact with him so that once the Salamanders prove themselves he'll return to them ASAP.

Corax is perched upon a bust of Pallas just above my chamber door. Guesses are out there as to his actual whereabouts however.

Now Dorn, Dorn is a tricky one. We have three (that I know of) accounts as to his fate.
1) He attacked the Space Hulk and died. IF's have his skeleton in amber. (Some sources say it actually resides on Holy Terra)
2) He attacked the Space Hulk, dumped his stuff, lost a hand (some sources say both) and carried on fighting, just buggering off.
3) He now resides on Holy Terra acting as head of the Custodes, never leaving his father's side, making sure nothing bad happens to Him again.
I've always liked the idea of 3, but chances are, it's 1.

Sanguinus and Ferrus Manus are dead, The Lion is asleep in the Rock, Guilliman is technically still alive, rumoured to be healing, which actually isn't impossible. Stasis fields don't stop time completely, they just slow it riiiiiight down, so that it appears to have stopped from outside perspective. He's still about as dead as the Emperor though.

So to sum up; No one knows, they could be anywhere, or nowhere, we'll never actually know either, all we can do is speculate and dream. And have flmae wars over the internet.

I don't have he 6th edition brb anymore but wasn't there a bit of fluff in there about giant warriors similar to space marines coming from the warp to save imperial worlds? I'm not sure where it is exactly but in my opinion it sounded like some of the primarchs.

Is there any references anywhere to the fate of Dorn and what Bloodfrenzy187 said?

Come into my web, said the spider to the fly.
Come rest your wings, and let us talk eye to eye.
For I am a spider, and you are the fly. Now that you are here, let us sit, and say hi.
But I have have no morsel to share, nor anything to eat. But wait, what is that stickiness upon your feet.
Ah now I have you, now I can eat. Now I can enjoy you, or store you as meat.
For I am the spider, and you are the fly. How else could it have gone, between one such as you, and one such as I.

Except for the fact that Russ is dead.

As stated on pg 28 of the SW Codex:
"Listen closely Brothers, for my life's breath is all but spent. There shall come a time far from now when our Chapter itself is dying, even as I am now dying, and our foes shall gather to destroy us. Then my children, I shall listen for your call in whatever realm of death holds me, and come I shall, no matter what the laws of life and death forbid. At the end I will be there. For the final battle. For the Wolftime."

I would guess that a primarch, with the full support of apothecaries, would know that they were dying, and not just suffering from a bad case of man flu.

Dorn boarded a chaos ship and only his hands were recovered, which are now encased in amber and is assumed dead IIRC

Currently debating whether to study for my exams or paint some Deathwing

Plant of the Sorcerers and Ahriman is the one that turned most of the legion into Rubric Marines. Mangus is also just energy now. Prince of Tzeentch and all that jazz.

"Rogal Dorn, the Imperial Fists' Primarch, was a tenacious and steadfast warrior whose final moments were of courage and supreme sacrifice."
- 5E C:SM p27

"The uneven battle could end only one way, but Rogal Dorn was determined to inflict every last grain of damage, whatever the cost. He made his final stand aboard the crippled Sword of Sacrilege, a Despoiler class Battleship that had been rammed by the last Imperial Fist Cruiser. The final report by the serving Chief Librarian commended their souls to the Emperor before Dorn led a desperate attack on the Sword's bridge.
There was no Chaos attack on Cadia. The Imperial Navy arrived in force while the Traitors were still licking their wounds. Released by the sudden disappearance of Ulthwe, Phalanx and the Imperial Fists led the Imperial counter-strike. They caught the Chaos fleet in the midst of repairs and routed it decisively. Even without their Primarch, the Imperial Fists were able to get to the right place at the right time. They boarded the Sword of Sacrilege before it could flee and recovered what remained of Rogal Dorn. His engraved skeletal hand continues to be maintained in stasis, their holiest icon, and serves as a constant reminder of the commitment expected of a Space Marine."

- WD #259, Index Astartes : Imperial Fists

It doesn't actually say that they recovered only his hand (just that this is all that has been preserved), but it is one possible interpretation. I too have never heard of a licensed source making up a story about Dorn's survival, though - however, by now, it wouldn't actually surprise me. Thanks to certain novels, there's gotta be a lot of fans these days who might be miffed that a Primarch was bested by ordinary CSMs, which would make all Primarchs appear less invincible than I've seen them made to appear on dakka and elsewhere. It's quite possible that some of those fans have become novel authors themselves, and GW's lack of canon enforcement means that such a story could fly with BL.

I like to think that Magnus has Russ trapped somewhere in the Warp just poking at him.
