You are lucky, I bought the miniature from East Riding Miniatures:

The miniature include two heads, one is the CC helmet.

I'm always be a fan of CC & Cobra from kid age
So much that I've a great collection of action figures and a Cobra Commander costume too

I'm not sure but the scale should be 28mm, like GW miniatures. I've it near some reaper miniatures and seem fine.

I just ordered 2. My concern is they'll be small compared to GW's Heroic scale IG, but should be fine next to my Elysians.
