Hello,got another thread with My Marines Malevolent in the showcase thread. Been posting My WIP in there by mistake....so putting things right and here are some Fliers I am working on.
They are nigh on finished,just need to redo some bits and get hold of a different support system for the fliers,the base is ok its just the support. want to change it for a clear plastic rod of some sort.

The models are from a company called Puppets of war and the plane is a Stormcrow.

Made some new stands for them.....used the rod that comes from venetian blinds.





Just need to finish the bottom of the base with some foliage and whatnot and they will be finished!!

Not finished the Stormcrows bases yet but been working on my LR Achilles.....yellow done,need to do the black and other bits then the weathering.

Yellow......the way I done it on this LR and the Stormcrows is to basecoat with Averland sunset then a light coat of Yriel Yellow. When this is dry I then wash the yellow with Gryphone sepia....I am quite heavy with the wash especially in corners and recesses.
Next I drybrush Yriel yellow over the whole area leaving the recesses [dont go to heavy with it,you want to be able to see some of the original wash!], then drybrush Flash gitz yellow, concentrating on the outer edges of the armour....basically leaving some of the Averland yellow showing. Next up I use Hexos Palesun on the very outer edges and on the corners of the armour,also around the worn areas of doors and whatnot.
When I drybrush my Tanks/Fliers I use a large drybrush....not a GW one as they are rubbish like all their brushes!!
Hope that helps and you can understand my ramblings!!

Just need to touch up some of the yellow sections,sort the black out,highlight some of the weapons,do some detail work and then weather it.
