Having a 1850 game with no flyers, what you guys think of what i got?

HQ:
x2 sniper, AutoCannon

Troop:
PCS- x4 Flamer, Krak Grenades, Chimera(stubber)
IS- Grenade launcher, Autocannon
IS- Grenade launcher, Autocannon
Vets- x3 Melta, Chimera(stubber)
Vets- x3 Plasma, Harker, Chimera(stubber)
Heavy Weapon Squad- x3 Lascannon

Fast Attack:
HellHound, Hvy Flamer
x2 Scout Sentinel, x2 Lascannon
x2 Scout sentinel, x2 Autocannon

Heavy Support:
Leman Russ Exterminator(autocannon), Hvy Bolter Sponsons, Stubber
Leman Russ Executioner(Plasma), Plasma Sponsons
x2 Leman Russ Battletank(battle cannon), ( squad )

Comes up to 1845.

I feel confident in this list but i am debating on removing harker aswell as stubbers on chimeras and that would free enough pts to give me one of each sentinel making them squads of 3...

I'd probably loose the chimera on Harkers squad as they can infiltrate.
Also TBH I'd loose all of your fast attack and take more troops. I dont see what a hellhound can do that others cant do better and sentinels are fragile. Yes you can outflank with them but... up to you. If you are going to do that maybe get an astropath to help?
If you lost the fast attack, I'd take another platoon and rather that having a HWT, divide them up between the squads so a lascannon rather than an autocannon on them. Also I'd switch out the snipers and autocannon on the CCS for a regimental standard and plasma guns.
Yes its probably better to loose the stubbers and the krak on the PCS as well.
At the moment you've got a bit to deal with infantry and light vehicles, but against heavy tanks it would be a struggle.

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

yea cut the Stubbers there not that great I would keep the hell hounds just to kill over mass armys but drop the sentinals and the Exterminator and take a Demolisher instead move the Cimera to your CCS and eather put Melta or Plasma on your CCS making them a Adhoc Melta vet squad and put MM Sponsons on the Demolisher.
run the LR Demolisher as cover for the chimeras movements
And maby an ADL with LC for cover for your guys and an extra gun.

Do you ever go into a fight thinking "there's no point giving it my best, I'll get another chance later?"

Seems kind of all over the place. You have a small number of units for each task, which means complexity and lack of redundancy. This list would be helped by reducing the number of different types of units you're bringing.

Lose the krak grenades on the PCS because they will probably be dead before they assault or even die before they try to hit.

I agree with dropping harkers chimera.

Drop all the sentinels and stubbers and get more troops to capture objetives. Since you have so much heavy support and not as many troops your tanks will have little in the way of protection from assault and they will most likely die(speaking from experience).

ADL is out of the question (not a fan)

Playing against orks, nids, tau and maaaaaybe chaos, I prefer in this instance exterminator over Demolisher because its kitted to be GunBoat also MM spons just never feel worth it to me.
CCS is meant to be static, giving orders and taking out MC's/Hvy Inf

Stubbers ill probably drop though. But They definitely have almost always made up their pts+ :/

It was on purpose.
Could just be me, but sometimes i get sick of just move, shoot, move, shoot, shoot, shoot.... or move, shoot, shoot, shoot, move, shoot lol
More thinking involved this way lol, I have lots of shooting and range to aid in suppressing assaults, also throws opponent off from the usual PLUS lots of things to shoot and to be shot at.
Outflanking could be an issue tho

Ive tried something similar on a lower pt scale and worked out not bad plus it was more fun to play.

Exterminator for orks and tyranids? Tau I kind of get, but thats just because their line troops are Sv4+. Against a horde wouldn't you want a demolisher over an exterminator as an exterminator would probably kill 3 max per turn. A demolisher can take heaps more than that under 1 template and in hordes it'll probably scatter onto something if anything. Chaos and MEQs... demolisher as ap4 counts for naught. Just get lasguns for dealing with cultists. Even with tau I'd be tempted for a demolisher as of their battlesuits jumping around in power armour.
Im not so much of a fan of MM sponsons on demolisher as only either or can fire. Being both 24" and the cannon ordnance, its still likely to hurt vehicles. Would take MMs on a punisher though. Then you've got a mix for anti infantry and vehicles.
See what you mean about wanting a bit of variation, I dont see why it wouldn't work.
