I get that a pistol count as a ccw .Gives 1 more A with a ccw in the other hand but does the same thing with a power weapon and a power fist?

Power Fists are Specialist Weapons, and as such do not get an extra attack from anything other than a second Specialist Weapon. Power Weapons are just normal CCWs with extra rules, so you'd get an extra attack from, for example, a Power Sword and a Bolt Pistol.

Two special weapons do grant the +1A now yes, so there's no real downside to giving a IC poth a power sword and a fist.

Well except for the fact that a power sword is not a specialist weapon and will not give the bonus when wielded with a power fist.

If you meant Lightning Claw instead of power sword then you are correct.

P.S. Fixed your incorrect wording with the orange. Specialist is a rule for CCW's.

So do people roll separately for their "regular" pistol/ccw attacks? For example 3 powerfist attacks and regular ccw attack? Just curious as i may have been cheating myself out of those extra regular attacks.

No. As it tells you in the rules, ALL attacks are made with the nominated weapon. So if you have Powersword + pistol, and choose to attack with the powersword, ALL attacks, including the bonus one, are made with the sword

You may have as many weapons as legal for your options, but attacks are always made with a single weapon. You pick this weapon when making your attacks.

Hang on, if you're using a powerfist you won't be getting an extra attack with a pistol/ccw. 3 attacks only in your example.
If it was a power weapon and pistol instead you'd get 3+1 attacks with the power weapon. No "regular" attacks.
