It depends. As others have said it does feel good but also it is seeing your (hopefully) beautifully painted army do well without the competition and stress of a tournament or other competative game. Sure these are nice but so is a friendly game. With me i do usualy prefer a hard won battle although not always. I like to feel i have acheived something. Out of time but ill post some more tomorrow. MOO out.

Because we're living beings who developed from an inherent state of conflict throughout the varied generations of our evolution; in short, because we are alive.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

For me winning is always about Fighting in a hard fought game (even if I do not win by winning at Victory conditions), its more along the lines of having a moral victory for me, for example if I had a game where a lot of epic things have happened stuff that happened which I wouldn't think would happened, nicely surprising me and of course my favourite "my Lord will face off your lord in a duel" and the epic fights happen and the game is is hard fought to the last dice roll, that is what the satisfaction I get from playing this game an to me, even if I lose by Victory conditions, I still feel like I have taken away with a victory knowing that epic moments have happened and will stay with me in my mind.
