Yes, you chose what power you want to roll for first then roll on the table (1 dice at a time) then you can swap out for the primaris power, then if you get a power you want you can roll on another table or the same. If rolling the same you can roll again if you have a duplicate result.

You can also re roll it if it is warp charge greater then you have. You have to roll 1 dice at a time as you can only swap one power for the primas

yup, just be careful if with Broodlord as they can not use Psychic shooting (witchfire)attacks do to no BS.
