The biggest thing you can do to keep things interesting is buy more warlocks. They have a profound effect on playstyle and are relatively inexpensive.
Both of the units have officers that are about to release that make both units better. They should both be out by the end of January.
You could also probably get a lot out of purchasing some magnets and a separate heavy warbeast kit for each faction to magnetize all of the warbeast options.
Both factions can also rely on their support options. For circle, you'll get a lot of use out of the shifting stones with their officer and Legion loves shepherds and forsaken for fury management.

So would a Warlock and another war beast would be good?
I might go for above's option or the support units.

Absolutely. I do still recommend magnets for the warbeasts so you have more options. If you haven't built the heavies from the two-player set you can get an extra combination out of each such as a scythean plus ravagore or stalker plus pureblood. Even if you have already built the two-player set you will still get a great deal of use from a magnetized heavy for either faction.

Oh sorry i thought you meant purchasing more beasts!
I'm sorry i'm completely new to miniature wargaming including the modelling step.
What do you mean with Magnetizing?

Would adding a shepher and a beast to legion and a druid wilder and a beast to oroboros be wise?
I think i can spend up to 200$ on miniatures and i want to make the most out of that cash!

Magnetizing is a relatively simple procedure used to get more mileage out of kits. Basically, you drill two small holes where you would attach each weapon option, one on the body, and one on the arm, and then glue a magnet into each hole (make sure that they are glued so that north is out on one part and in on the other). This allows you to swap out the arms/weapons on a model, greatly reducing the number of models you need to purchase. For example, lets say that I purchase the Reckoner/Castigator/Sanctifier Heavy Warjack kit for Menoth. At first I build it as a Sanctifier, but then decide that I would rather try running a Reckoner instead. If I had glued the arms down, in order to run a Reckoner I would have to purchase a new warjack kit. If I had magnetized the model, I could just swap the arms in a moments notice and have a Reckoner ready to play.

For circle, definitely shifting stones+UA and for legion I would recommend a shepard/forsaken for fury management

Standard UA stat bumps, gives Tactics: Relentless Charge (Pathfinder while charging) and Huntsman (ie Prey while the model with the rule is still alive). 2 points.

I'll give an argument against magnetizing. Personally, I don't want all my warpwolves to have the same coloured skin/fur. If I magnetize, I am forced to have them all the same colour. So I do not magnetize mine.
Of course, this doesn't matter if you aren't really into painting, or have no intention of painting.
As for what to add, I'm not a particularly experienced player but I would definitely put a warpwolf kit at the very top of the list. If you aren't magnetizing, build it as a Stalker. They are fantastic, and widely regarded as the best beast in the faction. I also agree with getting the Shifting Stones and UA (the Stone Keeper) so you can start learning how to use them asap.

You can paint each warp wolf different. You just need to paint the arms for each body the same color. For example you can have a grey wolf, a black wolf and a brown wolf. Just the various arms for each need to match the body they go with.
I support magnets. They are very easy to learn how to do. It is a relative easy conversion to make in the scope of things. And allow you to get more bang for your buck as you only have to buy one or two kits instead of 3-6.
