This will be my first tournament using my Necrons so i figure couldn't hurt to ask for a little help ^_^

I like list one better for the threat level it gives the wraiths

Or maybe even in the second list i'm considering dropping 3 warriors and swapping out a 5 warriors w/Night Scythe for 5 Deathmarks w/Night Scythe and changing 1 Cryptek to despair to go with them.

Anyone else have an opinion also?

Why Imotekh? He really isn't near as good in 6th, as he was in 5th. You would likely be better served by Zahndrekh, he is a very tactical HQ, and the benefits he can bring to an army, are pretty amazing.

I take a Necron Overlord with Crypteks and Viel of Darkness attached to a Necron squad of 20 or a Immortal squad of 10. Caused alot of havoc this way.

I would go for list 1.
But Drop Immotekh, cryptek, and immortal.
Get more night scythe warriors and 1 more full squad of Wraiths.
You could consider in dropping a AB and get Doomscythe but that is not neccesary.

Overall both lists are good. I wouldn't use as many flyers personally though i find for the points you can easily control ground with AV13 arks floating around everywhere and as for Imotehk i wouldnt use him a better option would be maybe a destroyer lord for your Wraiths or a custom Overlord, maybe one of the named Characters like Nemesor Zhandrek or Anrakyr. as for Crypteks i like hte Destruction as a not as good form of Razorback Spam just to get out that 36" range when Closing in for your Warriors and immortals to do more damage.
As for Anti Air the A.Barges are great my last tourny i Ate flyers alive with them (Imp.Guard, Chaos marines, and another necron guy spamed them) every game i managed to roll at least one set of all 6s to a flyer which needless to say absolutly destroys. Just a suggestion but i have gotten a little more fond of using Wraiths with all whips idk why but i find it just helps in case i get some bad luck and lose the whips i do have to a bad round of shooting or combat. other then that all i can say is good luck Necrons are awesome!!!!!

Likely because of how easy it is for some armies to ignore the effects of Night Fighting, and the fact that the current form of Night Fighting isn't as powerful in some respects as the previous form (for instance, Wraiths get virtually no benefit from Night Fighting once they are within 36").

That being said, I still love the guy, and use him rather extensively, although I have a very non orthodox list that includes a large unit of Triarch Praetorians with a DLord (who absolutely love them some Shrouded/Stealth) and a strong CC focus, so I suffer very little from the fact that Night Fighting occurs on my turn as well. I also have a 20 brick of Warriors I'm giving the Phaeron too, as well as the poster child for internet scorn, a big group of Flayed Ones. So my list is tailored to take advantage of literally every aspect that having Imotekh and a Res Orb carrying DLord affords you.

Another thing I have noticed, particularly when facing the Imperium, is people are taking less and less transports, and by extension less and less spotlights. This trend has been giving Night Fighting a little more viability.

Also, I do think Imotekh, particularly backed by a Chrono (which he always should be), is pretty stout in challenges. He has a reasonable chance of killing 1 wound models outright (and granting humiliating defeat, huge for protecting a brick of Warriors from being swept), and his T5 2+/3++, Phylactery and RP (all backed by a chrono) make him a pretty suitable tank for the nastier beat sticks.

Immotekhs night fighting rule is prety useless nowdays. Also his Thunder wont kill anything either He is just to expensive. I would really recommend D-Lord He is sooo great. With scarab He can mostly win every challenge and his Str 7 to kill Vehicles is just ridiculus. And he is so cheap and gives preffered enemy.
