Whats your plan with flyers?, prescience on the long fangs and hope for the best, also without the guard bubble wrap you might be vulnerable to the daemon flamer spam

Well im of the 40k game for quite some time now due to some personal projects outside boardgames. A few weeks ago i was invited for a local torny in April and i started reading the 6th RB, i just need some ideas to see what to buy.

This guy does NOT need a wolf tooth necklace. He has WS 6 ! He already hits everything on a 3+.

First, your RP's MUST have different powers. They can't both have JotWW and LL.

Second, if you exchange your codex powers for rulebook powers, you have to choose between the three disciplines. You can't have all three. Pick one discipline per power. I recommend taking one RP with both powers from Divination and the other RP with Jaws and LL.

Three storm shields is a little expensive if you're planning to run them as their own unit. Are they meant to be pack leaders for your Grey Hunters? I guess it makes sense that way.

Excellent choice of troops.

Thunderwolf Cavalry x2; Storm Shield x2; Frost Axe

The frost axe is a total waste. If you're going for AP2, you might as well take a power fist. You'll get S10 (instead of S7) and a power fist is cheaper. Even if you ditch a storm shield and take a bolt pistol (so you can get an extra attack with the axe), the power fist is still better.

No complaints about the long fangs either. However, since you have no melta in your army, you're really gambling that your 3 lascannons can deal with any AV14. In my opinion, Land Raiders could potentially cause you problems if there's more than one.

Also if you've got the points try and get a couple wolf standards in your GH you'll be happy you did later.

liking the pods, not going to take 2 empty to egt 3 on first turn no?
If you dont you only have 2 arriving first.
If you drop you hunter squads by one again you could put your runepriests in the pods and get some horrific angles with jaws when he arrives

the idea is to take the 2 rune priests in the pods, my question is: with this list can i take down fliers or i simply got to take Ig as allys?

You could put a wolf priest in the back field with preffered enemy against flyers letting you reroll 1s attach him to the LF and get him on the quad maybe?, trouble is i don't know where your going to get the spare 100 pts from.
Either way make sure you update us on how you got on

space wolves just ignore flyers no because there aren't a thread but because we have only the aegis to hit them so go for ig vendettas

Grugknuckle read the codex you can have 2 rune priests with JOTWW and LL, since one have a COTS
but i agree on the Biomancy, Telekinesis, and Divination, you can only pick one
