I got my Hanging Tree today but it had two of the same sprue (small tree). So, apparently Miss Packed was in charge of this one.  So, it says on the web form to put the initials of the packer. I assume they're on one of the two stickers? One inside the box has "CLR 60" and the one on the rules card wrapper says, "L-S 61". Which is the one for the packer?

The one inside of the box (CLR 60) is the packer, though it wouldn't hurt if you could include both.
And I believe you're supposed to get 2 of the small trees, and 1 of the big trees... Did you get 3 small trees and 1 big tree?
Also, if you don't get a response, that means they have all the info they need and will be shipping you a replacement.

I think I just figured out a use for that extra Miss Terious I'll be getting from the TtB Kickstarter. Now to figure out who to hang upside down as the fourth.

Pick up a Jack Daw model and see if you can hang him on the 4th small tree

It is completely-- same as the regular Hanged.
BTW, Breotan, if you're serious about swapping out the minis, any chance I could get your spare set of arms (tied behind the back)? I think my idiot kitten ate mine... she likes to eat plastic, and they aren't on my work table.
