Mine seems to be stuck clearing customs into Canada.
Something about non-fedex clearing agent.

Any other Canadians have issues?

Anybody in the USA, search your email for "Fedex". It appears Mantic sent two Fedex ship notices to everyone in the USA and the second one has the correct tracking number.

Anyways, mine shipped from the UK last night and is already in my city as of 20 minutes ago with an estimated delivery of 40 minutes from now!

I honestly don't think it's entirely necessary for every backer to post daily updates on his shipping status (or lack thereof).

Great, now people think I'm some young jerk. I am 33. Getting old.

People are excited and/or nervous. They want to talk about it. It's fine.

Hi guys! We're seeing a lot of people asking why they haven't received their Deadzone Kickstarter package yet. As we've said all along, shipping 5000 Kickstarter orders is one of the biggest tasks we've ever undertaken, so we're pulling out all the stops to get it sent out to you as quickly as possible. However, we're still only human (except Orcy, of course), so it's still taking a couple of weeks to get it all done. As of yesterday we were about halfway, so we're doing well!

In short, if you haven't got it yet, don't panic! We've still got a huge pile of orders to get through, and we're well on target for our original shipping date. If you have any queries, please use our contact details at the link below - these will ensure the quickest answer to your question.

Thanks!

I honestly don't think it is entirely necessary to bitch about other backers posting updates.

Yet you did so.

Feel a bit better if they think they're about halfway. Of course i don't know the % of people who signed up for courier on purpose etc. Fedex *does* ship saturday? Even better.

I think Saturday FedEx delivery depends on they type of service the shipper uses. Having said that, I think Mantic has shelled out for the service which does include Saturday delivery .

Well playing my first game tonight, 70 pts of Rebs vs Enforcers.

Looking forward to seeing how it plays, kind of have a rough idea from reading the rulebook.

Anyone else played yet and can give me any idea of what to expect?

I only got one tracking number, but mine is showing the package to be an hour away (travel time via google maps). It has now gone from being due ten minutes ago though to being "N/A".

Hmm, mine too. Mine's like 5 miles away from my house but the Estimated Delivery just turned to N/A. I wonder if that happens automatically if the current time becomes greater than the original estimated delivery.

For better or for worse, we're going to be getting lots of shipping updates, unboxing pics, reviews, congratulations, complaints and, hopefully, Jessica Alba.

So, moving forward, let's just all be OK with that and celebrate all things worth celebrating during this celebratory season.

Thanks!

I'm having the same problem. I called Fedex yesterday and it looks like Mantic is not using Fedex to get the packages passed customs. Fedex is not responsible for this part of the shipping process. The lady I spoke with says that once whoever is responsible for passing the packages through customs completes the process the packages will continue on with Fedex. Once the packages are out of customs it should take one more day for them to be shipped and arrived.

Basically, were screwed until the packages clear customs. As far as I understand it.

As long as it says it's on the truck, you're fine. Mine did that too when it got to be 11AM, because obviously it wasn't going to be delivered at 10:30. The truck rolled up at 11:45, and all was well.

From the side comment on the video update about the limited edition Survivor model that the people who paid for courier shipping will be getting, it's about 400 people paid for courier out of four to five thousand.

Then I am far from happy =/ I remember that now. There were 4306 backers, probably more packages total though. If that's the case the paid courier should have gone out *awhile* ago if they meant to stick to paid courier going out first. Its a bit of a misstep to me, but I'll give them a pass I guess. I guess. I just wan mah toys!

I kind of figured I'd end up in a stupid place with shipping, it likes to happen to me. But if that's the worst I get... some people get struck by lightning so I'll keep my head down and count my blessings. Hopefully it going out late will see somewhat less issues, although double strike and a truckload of scenery is begging for mispacks.

Anyone have the site link for the place where you get the PDFs? I forgot what it was.

Well, so you go to your my library and you can click the checkbox for the whole pack. It sends you a zip file and then they are separate PDFs for the add-on ones. I may have been unclear.

but they are all bundled under your library. I got confused looking for them until I looked there.

Wales: Where the Men are Men and the sheep are Scared.

My package went to the wrong address. UPS does not seem to allow any way to change the address unless you have the we missed you card posted through the door. Something I don't have because it was sent to the wrong address. Contacting them via email had no response and via phone I just spent ages on hold. It just failed its 3rd delivery so will be returned to sender I think.

Just hope Mantic manage to fix the address when it they get it back.

about a half our ago (11:00 am) mine updated with a 9:31 AM on the truck for delivery, despite being a 9:29 At Local Fedex Facility until 11 am. So there's probably some retroactive statusing going on
