To be honest....This is like saying "What Plants on Earth are green?"

Every single miniature site I have been on accepts Paypal. A better more simple question would be "Which sites don't accept paypal?".

To which my answer is "None".

I buy regularly from thewarstore.com. They charge a flat $5 for shipping and usually have things shipped pretty fast. If you live in a state that is next to NY you can usually have your minis on the front step the next day after shipping too.
