Looks solid. However, you have not so much vs TEQ armies. I'd include a Vindicator by dropping one Pred. Moreover, psychic defense is useful these days. Therefore, I'd replace the Captain with a Librarian with nullzone.

Hm....Libby makes perfect sense, and its an easy swap.
I could drop the annihilator as well to afford that Vindicator.

I went ahead and made those changes, and used the leftover points to get plasma cannons instead of missile launchers and get the libby a plasma pistol. Good move? If not, where would you have spent the last 25 points?

The only thing higher then S7 is the vindi. I might try to get some lascannons or meltaguns in there.

I'd personally drop the librarian's plasma pistol and upgrade the tacticals to meltaguns. Then you still have 5 points to play around with. Plasma Pistols aren't too good for what you pay IMHO.

I agree, upgraded them accordingly, paired with GOI, that could make for some decent tank hunting on rear armor. I upgraded the other to a plasma gun to help deal with TEQ

To me plasmas aren't worth it unless your facing a lot of 2+ save spam, i just don't like the chance of killing your own guy

that being said i would not have plasma at all for your tac squads standard flamer and ML is good also a razor back works great with tac squads

Las cannons in your tac squad will probably best fit you, gives you some str 9 shots from your back field to keep tanks away.
Combat squad them and let the sgt and flamer go off in the razor and las cannon and 4 others stay back

Swapped both tac squads to be ML/Meltagun
Gave the Libby a Combi-Melta as well, to teleport around with GOI, and a tac squad's meltagunner for tank hunting.
