Hello Dakka,
I have been playing 6th ed 40k for the last few months but only found Dakka in the couple of weeks leading up to the Dark Angels release. Rather than continue lurking I figured I'd sign up since this community seems to have its act together and it's always pleasant to chitchat with sentient like minded individuals.
Let it be known I'm definitely here for the 40k.
I've been gaming for over 20 years. I started war gaming in 1990 when I discovered FASA's Battletech. I played a few games with my Dark Angels back in 2nd & 3rd with the Angels of Death codex. With all the other great games out there I wasn't really a fan of Games Workshop's high prices and elitist attitude. I continued collecting the bulk of my 40k during 4th ed but maybe played twice in total since then until 6th edition.
Anyway enough about me. I'm glad to be here. See ya in the forums.
