Weasels, Badgers, Marmot/Gophers, and Shrews make up the majority of the population of Aquitar, with Moles being pretty close behind them. But you'll find familes of various other races living there as well, such as Ferrets, Mice, and Grey Wolves.

I am sure they blend in just fine, once they get the accent down.

A Wolf in Weasel's clothing?

That sounds a bit like you are describing the girls waiting to get into the club "Player's" at PennState...

That clothing was meant for a much smaller creature, at anyrate.

Nice!

isn't that chain too big? Chains for pocket watches are usually delicate, but that is a solid five centimeters per link.

yes, but we're also talking about chain that you can actually see on the miniatures. My Badger in the Iron Claws conversion has Jeweler's Chain wrapped around his claws, and that's about as delicate as I'd go, and painting that was a royal pain in the ass.

I guess that's the case.

Anyway, when he will come out? He would be a solid addition to my Aquataar list.

With the finish on the wolfs coat I'd hope this one is still WIP too.

Well..

Good News! He is a merc, so you can use him in Vandalands.

Bad News?! We're planning on having Bobby Jackson do all of Scyzantine's models from now on.

having gotten part of my kickstarter stuff painted, i recommend you order like a dozen dragoons and dwarves, i've no idea how they are in game, but they're awesome little sculpts

The Dwarven Gunsmith is similar to the human one, a few abilities have changed to give them a different feel, like the Human Gunsmith has an ability to make his run ranged 8, while the Dwarf says, "Feth this give me a shotgun" and gets a Cone 2 or 3 ranged attack.

The dragoon you got in the Kickstarter is the Dark Dragoon, he hooks into large monsters and stays with them, think Kaine from Soul Reaver from back in the day. The Light Dragoon (the awesome ballerina model) has the stats in the book and is more or less your typical JRPG Dragoon.

Are there pics of the cult of exomorphism models, as opposed to sketches of them? All I could find was a pic of the troll and what looked like the queen in progress. I am tempted by the army of the black flag, but I want to see the models before I buy them.

We haven't gotten proper paint jobs/photos yet, but you can see most of the models in this poorly lit photo from TWSW. Ramos will be getting some units this week to paint up for us.

Wow, that was fast! Those will o wisps are huge. Even the ants are larger than I thought they would be. Very cool.

Well, now I know why it has taken so long to get photos. You are playing around with the paint. I see a whole bunch of layers of brown and only one is finally red. I am going straight for the fire engine red spray paint. Although a glossy black would look great too.

Those are actually from TheWarstore Weekend, I was painting up an army for the Brushfire Beginner's Tourney. Winner fought me, and then got the army I painted.

The prize was that they got a new army, not that they got a painted army

Some of this could be my fault... I think I own most of the Exomorph models in existence...

The sculpts that are being shown have vastly improved from the early days of OTL games. I love that crocodile guy. I wish I could give away all my boxes of old stuff and get the new hotness.
