ok so looking in the FW listings they have CSM dreadnaughts now i know they arent going to be the most popular choice as there is better stuff out there BUT where is the rules point costings etc for these to be found ( as the dreadnaughts were dumped for hellbrutes in the 6th codex).

CSM 20,000 Pts
Daemons 4,000 (ish)
WoC over 10,000
6000+ Pts

The Helbrute entry encompasses dreadnoughts. It's a name change accompanied with a tweaking of fluff.

The FW Chaos dreads and weapons were all made years ago for old books. You can certainly use the hulls to represent hellbrutes. Weapons? You can use what ever you want vs. me, but others might take issue.

A helbrute is a dreadnought is a helbrute. All it is is a name change. Same exact rules, same exact weapon options and so on. Thought this was a nobrainer, but there seems to be quite a few people who seem to think that chaos "dreadnoughts" don't exist any more. Only chaos dread you need extra rules for is the chaos contemptor dreadnought (which is in Imperial Armour Apocalypse Second Edition) or the slaaneshi noise marine dreadnoughts that are in one of the original Imperial Armour Apocalypse books, but I don't remember exactly which one...

Chain fist is a close combat weapon just as a the power fist, so no worries there. The blastmasters are with the slaanesh noisemarine dread rules in one of the first Imperial Armour Apocalypse rulebooks as GW has never done a noise marine dread option in the chaos marine codex.
