well, i doubt this will be popular at all since i hardly see anyone on the warmachine and hords section but if it does get popular ill make ideas for another army, and maybe one day if they get popular enough privater press will turn the army we made into an actual army, but i doubt that will happen, i don't know much about the lure in warmachine i just know that its awesome, i made the list 20 points since that's what starter sets seem to stay around
i didn't think of a name for this but you guys make one, the fluff is idea i had was that this army came from another realm of existence and they see all the war and suffering going on, they are going to change that by conquer everything and bringing it under their rule, they will bring retribution to those who are moraly right to deserve it, and death to those who dont. still working on the fluffy bits, maybe someone who knows more about the fluff could edit this
the way how this army would work is that all the jacks and warcasters have a set focus, but if they run out of the focus depending on what they where something would happen, usually something bad such as they would attack the closest model near by, or explode, they can switch their focus with the casters witch is usually a higher number of focus, the caster and jacks gain their focus back at the end of the turn, the effects of not having focus can go off if the enemy makes them loose all of their focus
Warcaster
visual: the warcaster would be female that is a pyromancer someone could make fluff but i imagined this person would have all of her hair burnt off and all that was left was the flames, literally a hot head  she wears a bright silver power armor with bronze trimming, the power armor is not big, but flexible. and has gauntlets with large purple orbs that might channel her powers through the suit on the back of her hand
stats: spd 6 str 8 ( power armor raises it ) mat 6 rat 5 def 17 arm 16 cmd 10
damage: 15
focus: 6
immunity to fire ( obeously ) immunity to ice ( she is a hot head )
flight ( she can fly yes no pathfinder because isnt it hard to move past trees while flying and being on fire, you'll burn the whole set of trees down )
fire brand : all attacks made from her have continues fire effects
bush wack : can shoot, then move
weapons
fire bomb ( goes off of spell ability not rat ) ( has strafe ( d3 + 1 ) ) rng 12 rof 1 aoe 3 pw 12
flame jet ( can choose 1 or the other cant shoot bother fire bomb and flame jet ) ( this has guided: auto hit ) rng SP 6 rof 1 aoe 0 pow 14
x2 power fist ( these are going to be on fire when she uses them ) ( this has armor pierce: half the armor of the target of this weapon on medium and large models small models this unit gets +2 pow ageist them ) pow 2 pow + st = 10
Spells
flame whip cost 2, range self, aoe-. pow 14, up yes, off yes
flame whip replaces this warcasters fists with a fame whip that has reach and attacks d6 times, you may buy additional attacks with focus, you can spend a focus to push enemies back d3 inches, this spell can be upkeep-ed for free, this weapon causes continues fire effects
spirit of fire cost 6 range ctrl aoe- pow - up - off -
all models under this warcasters battle group can charge or run for free, gains an additional die to attack and damage ( remove lowest ) and attacks ( range or melee) have continues fire effects, the war caster cannot move, charge, or shoot appon using this spell ( she is to busy casting this spell )
flames of vengeance cost 2 range ctrl aoe - pow - up yes off -
the elected model or unit has + 2 speed + 2 st + 2 mat can charge for free and all melee attacks have continues fire effects, this remains in play for 1 turn after it was upkeep-ed
furious charge : cost 2 range 9 aoe - pow- up - off yes
this model selects 1 enemy within 9 inches, the warcaster charges at the unit and using her power first to upper cut the model into the air, if it hits the model is knocked up ( down for rules sake ) in the air she can make 1 more melee attack with her power fist to knock the opponent down ( still has to roll to hit ) if the hit is successful the pow is 15 ( with the rules of the power fist ) and the opponent is knocked down and cannot be granted focus or fury or fury be taken from it ( witch means it cant get up next turn it would have to spend that turn getting up ) ( does not work on warcasters or units with flying ) this unit can then do its normal melee or move and shoot
phoenix rising cost 4 range 16 aoe 5 pow 18 up - off yes
this warcaster conjures a large flaming phoenix tords the enemy it rams the target and crashes into the floor then explodes setting everything on fire ( meaningless to say its a large aoe that sets the opponent on fire )
feat let the world burn
all units in this model's control range have plus 1 dice to their attack and damage rolls, free charge, free run, all range and melee attacks have continues fire effects, and it rains d3 aoe 5 range unlimited pow 20 meteors of fire onto the opponent, they will only hit if you roll a critical, other wise they scater with 3 dice for distance, you cannot kill your own caster with this feat
war jack points + 6
this caster is supportive and can be aggressive, but can be taken out very easy
this is the warcaster, i will begin typing the first jack, unless you guys want them to be called something else note im trying not to make it over powered i swear

Not being cheeky mate, but that wall of text made my eyes bleed. Where to start?
New faction? um. No. Just no. We've already got 5 main WM factions, a sixth on its way, mercs (4 sub factions), the 4 hordes factions, a fifth one on its way (presumably for the 10 year aniversary) and minions (2 sub factions).
Right. Your fluff. Well, it makes no sense. you dont know much about the lore? Well, please, read up on it. then dont write this!
As to how your army works with the focus - seems you've just stolen the best parts of both the fury and focus mechanisms and combined them.Even mechanically, focus is all about resourse management - your jacks being able to run hot constantly (and combined with your OTT spells and feats) to the level of warbeasts is just plain ridiculous. Seriously... just dont.
Warcaster; sounds like Feora. Fire as a theme is done already. A whole faction too. In fact, their caster Feora is fire personified. stats are OTT. def17 arm16 baseline? with camping focus on top of that? and by the way, there is no "power armour" and "power fists".
d3+1 POW12 AOE3s with continuous fire? autohitting POW14 sprays? ridiculous.
armour piercing pow10s? fair enough if its a special attack, but you're giving her this with everything. 2 attacks + 6 buyable? Not even counting the feat? ridiculous.
Spells.
Flame whip. OTT. it costs 2. and its a free upkeep. and you get d6 POW14s with it. and you can buy extra attacks (d6 or not? not that it matters) and it has a push effect. ridiculous.
spirit of fire. OTT free charge on her warjacks. additional die on attack and damage rolls (warcaster gets this too, as its battlegroup) and continuous fire? not even costing 6 makes this fair.
flames of vengeance. upkeep +2spd, str and mat, free charge and continuous fire? Sounds like superiority+3. OTT.
furious charge. 9 inch charge, knock down on melee attacks, one free attack (at pow15, with her additional die from flame whip up, i assume?) offers disruption, and cant be allocated/leached next turn. NO, just no. Please, stop this.
Phoenix rising. range 16 pow18 aoe5? ridiculous.
feat: extra dice to attack and damage rolsl (along with flame whip? thats how many dice now on top of your armour piercing attacks?) free charge/run, continuous fire, d3 ape5 POW20 unlimited range meteors. my god.
your caster is stupidly OTT. this is what we refer to as "munckin powergaming" and is very much the reason why we let PP make awesome warcasters, instead of well meaning and exciteable players. and this is why people walk away from "make your own warcaster" threads. No offense mate, but your whole concept is ridiculous and OTT. please, scrap it.

i wanted the people to make the fluff i dont know much about it
so before i do ANYTHING ELSE just fix it so its more fair? by getting rid of the over powered stuff

With respect, i always think this is a bit of a cop out. "I've come up with an awesome faction, but will you do all the hard work for me?" Especially when its a fan faction that will never get official, semi official or even "OK with my mates" status.
Secondly, if you dont know the fluff, learn about it. Seriously. I'd recommend it - the Iron Kingdoms fluff is incredibly rich, and full of depth and character. if you are serious about doing your own faction or even a caster in this world, then you should do your bit to respect the world, the game, and players of said game by learning about it. And reading the iron Kingdoms lore is well worth it, and is its own reward in many ways.

thats generally how most things do get fixed.  But thats the simple answer. the more honest one is this:
Research. Do your research. Don just think of a concept, and put down loads of high numbers with OTT dragonball Z like special powers. Like your caster. Start small, and humble. Play the game. learn the game. research the game. See how other casters and factions are built and balanced. Armed with that, you can think about doing something new, or interesting. Its not about being awesome, or +1 to everything else. it has to be on a par. If anything, i'd recommend the IK RPG as a way to show a budding warcaster, with a degree of flexibility, but even then, it doesnt translate accuractly, or "rightly" into the wargame. but its a start.

well, this is all you've shown of your "faction", not "caster". And its all "fire". Limited information, there are only so many ways to interpret it.
there is nothing wrong with home brew. it can be fun, when its done right. But with respect, yours isnt. yours is the poster child for "what not to do" and "how to go completely over the top and miss the point entirely" into the realms of "munchkin powergaming". But the intent is honest.
Id recommend yuo keep going though - if anything, you'll learn from your research of the game, and you'll learn about game theory and game design.
But yeah - do your researh.  Learn about the world! its a great thing to do!

Any new faction will be based on the fluff. If you are serious about something like this start there.
An excellent example is the new Convergence of Cyriss. They are a faction that has been around in the fluff for a long time.
I would also think that any new faction would have to have something 'new' about it. A new mechanic or feall that isn;t already present in an existing faction. Again, look the new COC faction.

I'm still hoping for them to bring a new faction out of Zu. We don't know too much about Zu but we do know they have monkeys. This game needs more more monkeys. I vote for monkeys from Zu.

yup, the giants of bemoth. but believe me, they're "dragon scale" in terms of size, more so than human scale. and there are only a handful of them left - the monsternomicons from the Irom Kingdom RPG name a few of them. but really, they're not a good idea as a faction. (one interesting thing about them is they're, apparently, immortal. the first giants have a creation story where their creator god - a giant masked figure called Monloeth (ring any bells?  ) was chasing the devourer wurm around the place and ripped his feet open off the tops of the peaks of the Bemoth mountains in the chase. each drop of blood hit the ground and from each, arose a giant. the first fifty came about then. but like i said, they're rare now, thanks to a bit of a feud with a couple of dragons, and their population is pretty much is the high dozens at the moment.
Talk about a new hordes faction always bring talk up of:
the return of the orgoth.
infernals.
Zu (totem hunter faction on safari)
PP, being PP will probably come up with something radically new and left of field though for the new hordes army. its their thing to take standard ideas and tropes, and just turn them on their head, whilst also trying something completely new. Dont be surprised if the new hordes faction is something no one expects.

come on... theres a bunch of guys who like playing with fire that have a bit of a thing about him being in charge
I'd always wonder how they'd feel if they met the giants. humans emerged from menoth's shadow, whilst the giants emerged from Monloeth's blood. Its one of those wonderful "what if's". this is, assuming the giant masked god that sired humanity, and the giant masked god who sired the giants is one and the same.

We could extrapolate how different Cyriss is from the other Warmachine factions to what a new Hordes faction might be like.
Maybe warbeasts that can share the Fury they generate. Warbeasts that can take on another beast's Fury.
They could have a support beast that acts like a Fury bank. It could have like Fury 8 or something rediclious. And it can force itself to not frenzy.
Maybe I'll make my own faction up.
