The Interrogator Chaplain has Preferred Enemy (Chaos Space Marines) and Hatred. Does this mean on the first round of combat (with CSM) he can do both? As in reroll 1's to hit, and then reroll all that are still misses?

I'm both chaotic and orderly. I value my own principles, and am willing to go to extreme lengths to enforce them, often trampling on the very same principles in the process. At best, I'm heroic and principled; at worst, I'm hypocritical and disorderly.

You can NEVER reroll a reroll.

No, 1 're-roll ever. You cannot re roll a re roll, preferred enemy will help re rolling 1's to wound

I think he means can you combine them to have re-roll all turn 1 misses to hit and 1's to wound instead of either 1's to hit and wound or re-roll all misses.

Hatred allows you to reroll misses (I.E fails to hit) and Preferred enemy already allows you to reroll both to hit and to wound (of ones).

No, he wanted to reroll a reroll. Afraid that doesn't work.

You would of course use Hatred for misses, since it has a better chance to reroll (all misses) and then preferred enemy on to wound rolls of 1 in your first turn. So they can still be *used together* in that sense.

Thank you for putting what I was trying to say in readable english.

Okay, 1st turn reroll all misses and reroll 1's to wound only. Second and subsequent turns reroll 1's to hit and wound.

Thanks!
