Pretty happy with how this turned out.
1st model completed out of my 2000 pint Tyranid army I just purchased..

It's okay. Turn on some movies/music and go at them. Do them in groups of 10-20 or so. A bit at a time. If you came to me and told me to paint 300 orks to the standard I have them in now I'd fall apart. But once there all done, think of how nice they'll look!
Wow this looks really good. Remember models like guants look better in groups, make sure they're uniformed, you dont NEED this much attention to detail on mass troops like that
For the gaunts, it might make sense to paint them (at least blocking out the carapace plates) before you assemble them. A spof of white glue on the neck stub, arm sockets, etc will mask the plastic from the primer and it will make getting to all of those plates much easier. I'm thinking of doing that with my next batch of termagants.
Very good work. May I suggest a brown ink wash for the skin and then some addition highlights to make the overall effect paler. That will make this model very cool.
