I wouldn't consider Aperture Science or Black Mesa evil.
Ultor were a real bunch of sausages...
IMO Umbrella corp were pretty evil...

I also wouldn't consider Black Mesa or Aperture Science evil, although Aperture Science probably rides the line.

The Combine however, I would consider evil.

Actually some of the pokemon gangs were really kinda evil if you thought about it briefly.

Team rocket for sure. The actual atrocities that were commited against pokemon.....were actually hinted at more in the books and cartoons than the games.

Considering the entire game is set in a world where you eitheractively participate in forced bloodsports or you aid in glorifying it and assisting it. Pokemon is really just pretty dark.

No Shinra electric company from FFVII on the list? I'd say they certainly rival Umbrella in raising the unethical bar; their misdeeds are possibly worse than Resi's dodgy pharmaceutical corporation.
