I cant remember where I saw it. There is a chart showing GW paints and Citidel paints side by side on a chart. Help me please.
Thanks

In "Paints & Tools" go to Citadel Paints, and at the bottom it says "Citadel Paint Conversion Chart." It's a pdf. Here it is. http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m2320032a_Citadel_Conversion_Chart

Why use that when you can use the awesome Dakka one:

I may be misunderstanding the question, but aren't GW and Citadel paints the same thing?

GW is the big company, Citadel, FW, and the Black Library are sub-branches under it.

I am asking because I have some of the older paints, running out, and need to replace them with the new equivalent color so I have some continuity in the colors

If you check the notes at the bottom of the chart I posted, you will notice that GW have changed the colours slightly because they hate you, so good luck with that. All the more reason to switch brands really. Companies like Vallejo and Coat d'arms give you more paint for less money, and they might actually be your best bet now for matching your old colours.

Cote D'arms definitely. Forget the GW charts and paints, use the Dakka one and buy from the original good paints.

Great stuff, thanks for the link. Never noticed this chart before.

My LGS only has the GW/Citidel paints. I'm not sure where I can get the other ones. Any suggestions?

thewarstore.com carries both P3 and Vallejo brand paints and is a reliable online retailer.

Dark Angels (Black Armor Themed)
WarmaHordes - Protectorate / Skorne - ~100pts of each
Dark Angels P&M Blog
WarmaHordes P&M Blog

Playing only painted since 2012
