Dark Eldar

Morr is definitively confirmed to not be Arhra. He is shown in action against Drazhar, who is commonly theorized to be Arhra though this remains unconfirmed.
Morr is actually a former Exodite that believes he was chosen to be an Incubus by Arhra (or Drazhar as Arhra), and who turned his back on his people after the Exodite clans on his world fought each other after defeating an enemy (?humans).
This would appear to confirm the ability of Eldar to go from one faction to another as we now have an example of Exodite to Dark Eldar, and in Path of the Warrior there is an example of Dark Eldar to Craftworld Eldar, and in Path of the Outcast of Craftworld and Dark Eldar to Corsair Eldar. We have also had examples (Yriel) of Corsair back to Craftworld Eldar and in Path of the Renegade of Craftworld Outcast to Dark Eldar and back to apparent Corsair. We also know that the Harlequins recruit from both Craftworld and Dark Eldar.

The Incubi have a different interpretation of Arhra's story from the Craftworlders. Arhra disagreed with the other Phoenix Lords that advocated aiding only the Craftworlds and for the warrior self to be donned and shed like a mask.
Arhra "saw that the long fight against Chaos would require true devotion from all of the peoples, not weak compromise for the benefit of a few."
Arhra always stood against Chaos and in his final battle stood alone because the other Phoenix Lords did not go to his aid. He was pierced by the "dark light of Chaos" and on his return to his shrine, his face burned with unholy fire. This would explain the quote from 2nd edition of Arhra burning with the dark light of Chaos.
Arhra's voice came from the flames and bade his students strike his corrupted body down. They struck down his corrupted mortal form but took in his untouched spirit so that his teachings would endure.
The right of Incubi to challenge each other is sacrosanct and no hierarch can overrule this.

The captured suns, Ilmaea, are held in their pocket dimension prisons by a network of towers around each sun.
One of these suns is commonly known as Gorath, with full name Gora'thynia'dhoad

Each of the 13 statues of the 13 foundations of vengeance portrays Vect and each screams constantly at such volume as to render the nearby area effectively uninhabitable.

No longer revering their old gods, the Dark Eldar instead build mausoleums to notable Dark Eldar of the past, such as their ancestors. Each Dark Eldar however also has every intent of living forever and of never needing a mausoleum themselves.

The Black Descent coven's territory stretches down into the base of the city and into the webway structure itself, and the path downwards are very heavily booby-trapped.
The Black Descent is organized into many ranks. The given ranks so far in increasing order of seniority:
1. secret master
2. intimate secretary
3. Master Elect of Nine
3. Patriarch Noctis
4. Grand Reeve

Glassy eyes and foam flecked mouth are signs of use of the drug Splintermind.

At a gathering of Archons, one realizes that if they united they could overthrow Vect, but also sees this as unfeasible as they are too concerned with competing with each other to unite against Vect despite hating and fearing him.

Craftworld Eldar

All Craftworlds have a range of Exodite and maiden worlds under their protection. Some view this as a burden and drain of resources while others view the Exodites as a source of fresh recruitment for reforging of the Eldar empire (Biel-Tan takes this view).

An example is given of Craftworld Eldar being corrupted by Tzeentch.

The plural of the Eldar for shuriken catapult, Tuelean, is Tueleani.

One Dire Avenger Shrine on Biel-Tan is the Just Vengeance shrine.

Harlequins

Unclear if just a personal view or that of Harlequins in general, but one Harlequin tries to get the various factions of the Eldar: Dark Eldar, Craftworld Eldar, and Exodites to unite and learn from each other and sees the only hope for the Eldar in unification of these factions in the future rather than staying stuck in their own respective ways.
His efforts to plead his case with an Incubus and an Exarch are met with derision and no apparent understanding or sympathy.

The Fall and pre-Fall Eldar Empire

Multiple worlds claimed the title of Vaul's workshop and were centers of industry and technology. On one just prior to the Fall, a craftworld was under construction but factions warred over who would control it and resulted in the incomplete craftworld crashing to the surface, killing most of the population.

On another world, the Fall resulted in the world shattering into clumps of rock that still floated around due to the weakening of reality near the Eye of Terror. The Eldar on it were turned into statues.

Never had any intention of reading the book, so thanks for the info!

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

Am I reading this correctly, that Arhra is now definitely not a 'Chaos Eldar'?

Very interesting, I was not aware of that.
Even CWs such as Iyanden who are a shadow of themselves or smaller CWs?
Do they have the man power to protect Exodite and Maiden worlds?

I always thought certain CWs were truely nomadic and would not stay in a region to protect worlds.

Nomadic for CW Eldar is easier than other races due to the nature of the web-way, they could be a galaxy away physically but if the right path is known a strike force could appear to defend a world in minutes. The movement of the Craft worlds is more to protect them from attack than to protect their vassals.

You may use anything I post, just remember to give me credit if used somewhere else.

Some of these ideas also show up in the IA Doom of Mymeara. It is noted that certain Craftworlds ally themselves with specific corsair fleets...and that some corsair fleets draw their numbers from Outcasts and Dark Eldar. So the fluff stating that they can move between factions and paths makes perfect sense. Personally, I think it's awesome and allows for players to form a narrative with their armies by clever use of allies. One could say that the Eldar have finally realized that Chaos has increased in power and the only way to ensure their races survival is to band together and put aside differences to save themselves. I loved that plea from the Harlequin. It sets up such a great way of playing that story out in a game.
