We're talking about a battle the Wolves won, by isolating the enemy general through pack tactics, and threatening to kill him, without a hope of defending himself. It was a balance, 50/50 - Angron overpowered Russ, and the Wolves were losing ground to the World Eaters; but Russ and his warriors had Angron by the balls, and barely broke a sweat. They won, no question. Lorgar even says: "The Wolves won, meathead."

I should upload it somewhere for the fan-base, but I have a "Thought for the Day" generator written for MS Excel in VBA script. You just click on the Aquila on the main page and it generates a random TftD. Very handy for my DH and RT campaigns where tracking days of narrative time, or just opening the week's session marks the start of a new day on Talis.
Anyway, amongst my favorites are these:
"Life is the Emperor's coin. Spend it well."
"No man has died in vain who died for the Emperor."
... and as my current NPC/Party Leader character in my current DH campaign is a Cleric:
"No army is big enough to conquer the galaxy. But faith alone can overturn the universe."

Space Marines can only be male because marine implants only take with the male physiology. Males and females have differing hormone levels in terms of estrogen, testoterone, etc. Thank you for reading this. |
