Am I the only one who likes it?
I hear lots of moaning about it? Is that just those who are moaning about it are making their voices heard whereas those who do enjoy it aren't?

Well, it is almost universally rejected by video game critics who out of anyone are probably the best when it comes to determining the quality of a game.

I've been watching a let's play of it.
It looks BAD.
If the 4 player co-op is good, I MIGHT pick it up if I can find it cheap.
However, the weird glitches, laughable AI, terrible hit detection, and a confusing as hell story from what I've seen so far don't give me much hope.
DANGIT GEARBOX I WANTED TO LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO RUIN IT?!??!

The thing is, I got to kill an alien queen with a powerloader and that makes me happy. Yes the AI is horrible, and the xenomorph blood is nowhere as deadly as a slap on the wrist, the basic weapon is OP and has ammo laying around like wreckage(Once you get off the ship you will understand that sentiment), but it isn't the worst game I've played.

Well, it's good to know it isn't the worst game you played but when I buy a video game I want ensure I have a good experience so I check several review sites and then average them out in my head if it seems to be scoring well then I'll probably buy it, I also look for vids on in-game footage
too.
