Anvil, I'll get to work on the utility side of the tower, I.e. Libraries, shelves, warded jars and other stuff needed, also I'll get to work on the golem sorting system but the amount of golems needed will be immense.

For now, Pimp, just work on getting the supplies- put them in chests nearby. I'm still figuring out exactly how to set up the transport systems and whether or not (and how, if so) increase the size of the tower as it goes up, a little. Gonna be adding minarets and dormers and escutcheons and flying buttresses and all that to it.

Unfortunately there aren't any blue stair blocks, so I'll need to use microblocks for stuff, which means Xycraft and Warded stone are out- meaning I'm left with Lapis, Sapphire and Wool. And maybe colored glass, if that cuts down (which I dont' think it does).


But to repeat: Pimpdidley, don't build anything yet, but go ahead and gather resources and start crafting stuff. Just store it near the tower (or in the basement).

Sure thing, I've started work on my tower, I've put se blocks in the right places but there not the right blocks, only place holders for when I get the actual stuff, I.e emerald blocks, warded stone, olivine blocks. I'm also building a few cool tid-bits like a bridge, observatory, dock and shrine. I've never been renowned as a good builder but I hope that this will change it.

Also I'll pay some one if they could get me 1 ebony sapling, how about 10 diamonds and a very enchanted wand or thaumium tool. That ok? I'd be using tge ebony for the wood in my tower, the black will compliment it well I imagine.

Oh yea anvil thank you, I've listened to what you said and its helped. Also today was my first session with a therapist, lately I've been very aggressive and sad over private life and this leaked into virtual life making me a dick. But I'm feeling better, and trying to be a nicer guy.

Yeah, but I'm using the blocks sparingly and only to break the contrast of the emarald.

I have some olivine, but not a lot

at the moment the main component is redstone, to make into lapis, to make into emaralds, into blocks. ive got some warded stone to make the design on the lower pyramid, but soon ill need the arcane levitaters to bring one (singular, non-specified being) up to the main tower area, the bit im building now is only a small town, observatory and guard towers

So a bit of exploring in the Twighlight forest.





Also made a pair of books linking it to my house. So if anyone wants to look at it for some reason you just need to take the book in the mining age through to my house, then the book on the right in my room; since the left just goes back to the mining age book.

Sort of want to get the little guys living in the overworld at least on my island. There's tons of them, but still don't kill them.

There was some living in the spawn chicken farm, not sure if they are still there though.

Oh yeah. I had a load of transformation dust and was just going about right clicking things. Unfortunately they don't breed very quickly, and people use area effect weapons to kill the chickens that they're beside...

YAY, the base of my tower is final done, bar a few utility stuff and ebony wood in places, this will be the base and have arcane levitators up to the tower, after all I am lord of the sky! thanks to everyone that helped out, but this is only 1/20 of the finished thing

You know what you ought to work on? You should make an entire system of bridges linking all the local islands- like the ones you've already made.

Or figure out a simple design from common materials that you could extend for stuff.

That's actually the thing I'm working on now, that and making a larimary bridge with guard towers and statues lining it. I'm making a small village and an observatory on the island beside my base-pyramid.
Also anvil, I recent you start reading about the ars magica mod, it's going to be added to FTB and is right up the truarii's alley.
Oh I can picture it now, the 5 lords are each channeling there magica, stabling the vortex in a desperate hope to create the perfect spell, oddly enough this may sound like a movie scene but it's the norm when it comes to ars magica, ohh and on a cold wintry night we summon to wither, and sacrifice him to our dark nexus in exchange for raw essence!

I just tested my facility of dark summonings in creative by simply throwing a bunch of rotten flesh in a crucible and standing near a node.

The results were incredibly potent!

Hehe. You want rotten flesh? We've got two different Zombie grinders going that I know of. Stacks and stacks, near instantly. Heck, Brains might be useful as well, if you're looking to summon nasties.

Or see if you can summon enough wisps to flood your screen...

I have at least 64 x 64 x 64 rotten flesh. Anyone want to make a canned food meat supply?

Also I have done that in my area by accident just by mining with the repair enchant.
