Come to the Blue Tower. I've got one of the ground-floor workshops set up with full Arcane Alembics and a couple of warded jars- it's got all the needed equipment there (aside from wands- you make those yourself). And the nearest Node is a pure Silverwood one, so it'll naturally dissolve small Flux spills on its own. Plus, I'm going to start filling the library upstairs with volumes of thaumaturgic lore I and others have discovered- maybe not all of it will be practical for you right away, but it should be interesting- and feel free to add your own journals to it as well.

How about a place in the twilight forest ,or would that also have low Vis?

Actually, I'm unsure about the twilight forest. It should have an at least an average amount of Vis, not a low level like a desert or wasteland.

Now clearing out space for the AE stuff. It looked techy enough, so I'd rather try that than fool around with thaumcraft.

Hurrah, there's a server crashing bug. But there's a way to work around it.

If you use Factorisation Mixers, there's now a bug in them that if their output inventory gets full and it tries to output one more thing, they crash the server.

The workaround is to either pump items out of the mixer immediately upon completion (before the next item gets processed) or only use one water bucket at a time.

Time to automate your mixers!

Corpses, I'm taking a break from your lift for now. Found out that Computercraft rednet range gets reduced to 16 blocks during a thunderstorm, which poses a problem for the height of the lift.

Might need to run some bundled cable all the way up.

I did get the lift moving though (two panels were missing - it's always the panels!). The lift driver computer at the bottom also moves the lift one floor at a time too.

Corpses, gonna bug you about my AE again later. Grundz, no, I'm not setting up an enderchest system, before you spam that suggestion at me yet again. Not techy enough in appearance.

centrifuges need aluminium plates and stuff now IIRC was what I was trying to make, so yeah I need a bunch in order to get infinite copper and tin production up

GregTech often creates aluminium as a byproduct of processing many materials (e.g. bauxite), but also allows for aluminium to be used as a alternative (not replacement) to refined iron in most GT crafting recipes. So it's a good way to save on the iron when building an array of machines, but it's not required.

Xycraft Aluminium is useful for making glass viewers and "tin" cans. But there's still far too much of it in the ground, maybe make aluminium blocks to build factories with?

At the moment, I mostly just use GT aluminium for mixed metal ingots, since recipes that use aluminium result in more anyway.
