Bah! All I've lost are some ores, really. The loss of a lot of my elemental Shards is really the biggest thing that I'm pissed about, but those will be replaced in time. One of the benefits of living in an age with tons of resources.
I just wish I'd realized/known about the 'all light levels' thing earlier. My original tunnel I'd been half-slabbing just in case, but I didn't realize that would be necessary for everything, or I'd have had a completely different build style to start with. At least my farms are still alright- as soon as I get golems up and running I'll half-slab over them and leave them to go autonomously. Once I get ore-doubling going (probably through the Infernal Furnace and other thaumcraft goodies this time, instead of with Tinkers) I'll start making actual armour and the like, along with better weapons, and be able to go ahead and work on safening up (read: Half-slabbing) the entire area around 0,0, before starting work on my templetower.

Does anyone know how to get a "Native Cinnabar Cluster"? YouTube, Google, and everything seems to fail me.
Edit: Nevermind. Apparently there is a way to obtain it and it's the hard way.

Native Cinnabar would have to be the 'rare' drop from a Pick of the Core.
Anyone found any Greatwood yet? I'm working on maybe making a Thaumic Grafter for saplings (if it still works that way).

I am in need of some yellorium ingots to make a cyanite processor. Sadly, my manual mine hasn't run in to any yet and my auto mine isn't deep enough yet and my RF system is running on its last three yellorium ingots, heh.

You can make Yellorium from IC2 Uranim, which you can grow with Magical Crops. I will drop off enough Uranium at yours to make some seeds.

Also, Pentlandite Pitchblende Ore you find in The End can be turned into Yellorium.
"Yellorium" is basically BigReactor's name for Uranium the same way "Blutonium" is their name for Plutonium.

Make sure you've selected 1.1.2 from the drop down in the top right.
If you hadn't selected 1.1.2 and now have, remember to quit the game after it loads and enable Blood Magic again...

I want to apologize for those that have seen or while see the start of my underground evi...I mean not dungeon-esque lair. I am quarrying the entire thing out to bedrock to fit my planned mansion in. Once done, I will replant the tress on top as well.

Yep, I've already discussed foto69man's quarry with him and it's all fine by me as he intends to make use of the hole and cover it up.
I only have issues with people who "litter" quarry holes in the overworld - that's what the automated mining age is for.

I did that a couple of maps and built myself a summer house inside Fillers are really handy for this to cover up large areas. Good luck!

Ooops. Sorry about that. I'd noted everyone online at the time, didn't think to let people know here.
I'd accidentally mined up some Nether ore, and finding that after dealing with Deep Dark mobs for so long (and having a heavily Smite-ed battleaxe...) I could easily deal with them? Decided to go a little... ham.
Also- this is something I learned on a singleplayer world- Don't use Netherportals as anti-mob doors. I don't know if it's the same for Mystcraft portals or not, but every mob that touches the portal gets warped- and they all wait there on the other side for you. I'd been using a Nether portal as a handy 'I-can-walk-through-they-can't' door, hadn't gone to the Nether through it for a while... I went through and there was a mobsplosion. Had to go Peaceful to fix it.
