I have a single Razorwing. Do I really need to buy this new book for 1 model? Will gw have single model pdf stats online, for a small fee? I wouldnt mind paying $3 or $4 for a page or two on just the Eldar stuff...
Feel free to pm me...

Is that a rules question?
Anyway ... gw most likely wont release single unit pdfs. They want you to buy the book.

Until the book is actually in someone's hands I don't think there's any particular way to know whether the book has changed anything or simply has reprinted existing rules rephrased for 6E. The hope, certainly, is that there aren't any actual functional changes (to the Dark Eldar and Ork fliers especially) that haven't been covered in an FAQ, but one really never can tell until we see the book.

I wouldn't say you need it anyway, you have your up to date codex with you, thats all you need. The codex is the most recent one and all choices and rules in it are legal unless changed by the FAQ, same reason space marines had different rules for storm shields so long, tactical squads are different values in different books, newer books have AA and flakk missiles, and the same unit has different costs and rules in different codexes, both books are relevant and its up to you which you use.

There isn't likely to be much changed in the new book. It's just going to be the entry from your codex with the 6th edition changes (skimmer to flyer, removing Deep Strike, etc) baked into it. You shouldn't need to buy it.

Considering the DE FAQ does not mention the Death book at all I'd be surprised if you needed it.
The only armies that it will be a requirement for are SM, BT and Orks. And even then, I'm kinda doubtful on the SM side if you have an iPad. Most likely the stormraven will simply be appended to the iBook codex.
