Hey guys so I am currently having a Dilema. I love Playing my Mono Khorne WoC amry however I have only used them once under the new WoC book (used em in a beginners game against my partner he was using my dark elves yet I still won). Now im thinking should I switch gods or stick to mono khorne any thoughts will be appriciated

What kinda mono-khorne list do you run?

Nurgle seems to be the better choice to me now, especially now that you can stick mages in and Lore of Nurgle being rightfully buffed in the new army book.

Plus, no longer trouble with redirectors

I generally have a Chaos Lord either on foot or mounted
A Exalted Hero on foot
Generally a unit of 23 Chaos Warriors but I sometimes run 2 units of 12
A unit of Marauders
3or 4 units of dogs
Unit of Knights
3 Skull Crushers
and sometimes I run 1 or 2 war shrines

I'd go for 18 Chaos Warriors max per unit. It's a good size and quickly gets costly pretty soon as they now come at (iirc) 19 points per model. We're already looking at ~370 points for a 18 man unit w/ command. Khorne still is, imo, the best option for blender Warriors (w/ Halberds ofc, best offensive weapon choice) but Nurgle does well against all WS 3 enemies.

Dogs are always awesome.

Marauders need MoN imo with the new book if you run a bigger unit as the old MoK loadout is pretty expensive and hardly worth the new cost. Marauders are the only option for bigger units and already come at a hefty price.

Why not try a mixed army, that is how the army list was designed, so you can take the best of everything to suit your needs.

I hate mixed armies I actually prefere mono god as then it has a clear theme behind it and it dosent look like the gods got together and had a tea party

Nurgle does seem to be the way to go if you're deciding between the two. The lore is more versatile than "IMA DAMAGIN U A LITTLE PS U HAVE REGEN FEAR MEEEE.... wait..."

Or maybe I'm just bitter because I keep rolling double 1s for hits/strength. :(
